I found Yost and Campbell on the ConEdison website where they are highly rated and recommended. From the start of the process right through to the end the service was impeccable. Keith who came out to measure my home and create my quote. He took his time in explaining everything clearly to me. Ashley, the project manager was extremely helpful and very, very responsive. The men who did the actual work were amazing!!! They were on time, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about how impressed I am with this company and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs their services. Thank you Yost and Campbell for exceptional service.

One star is too high for the experience I had with this company. I requested an estimate for a new boiler as my boiler is fairly old and not running efficiently. The salesperson was polite and, in addition to the estimate, explained about the maintenance program, the home comfort club. The next day, I called about the club and the receptionist asked me several questions including how old my boiler was and set up an appointment. When the technician arrived he immediately told me that I could not join the maintenance program because my boiler was older than 10 years; even thought the receptionist knew my boiler was older than 10 years and I was still responsible to pay $212 to have a technician come to my house. The annual program is about that same price! I feel really cheated by this company and I'm greatly disappointed.

The service technician was experienced and knowledgeable . They identified the issue and resolved it in a timely manner at a reasonable expense.
