I had over 8 contractors give me quotes and when I asked them to check on the coned rebates being offered none of them looked into the rebates. I wanted quotes for ductwork insulation removal and reinstallation. I contact John’s company and he stopped by to access my situation and told me what was needed. His company provided the correct R-value for the insulation needed and also recommended the subfloor be insulated. I was having a baby soon and he worked around my schedule and his team was very professional and did a great job. I would def recommend him to someone looking to have quality work done.

Innovative Air could not have been more helpful and professional. The technician, Mark, thoroughly inspected each system and patiently explained what he saw and what needed to be fixed. He refused to charge me until he got down to the bottom of the issue, even though he had to come back after the weekend (and he had spent many hours at the house on a Friday.) It was very clear right away that Mark was very knowledgeable about the system and what needed to be done. Highly recommended!!!

The experience I had with Innovative Air has always been excellent. The technicians are clean, neat and explained all the work performed. Mark and Julio did a great job.

We are new customers and although the technician got 5-stars for everything (on time, thorough, professional, competent) we are withholding one star until we have another contact because the 5th star is for company consistency. Did we just get lucky or are all of their employees as good?

Hired Innovative Air to insulate attic in 100+yo house, and would definitely recommend. John did initial quote and kept me updated at all times through final invoice. Rene and Joseph, the installers, were awesome and friendly; clearly took pride in their work to do it right. Pic shows how they prepared and weatherized the attic hatch, and area around it, so it was still accessible after the blown cellulose (for HVAC system access). After finishing, they cleaned the room and stairs so well that when I ran a vacuum myself I could not find anything - from front door through to 3rd floor. Weeks later I put some rockwool in basement, DIY, and found myself wishing I had hired them for that part too...installing insulation is laborous, dusty and dirty work but for my attic project the team did it professionally and in great spirits. Trust them with your next project!

We couldn’t be happier with innovative air. We replaced our air handler and did a new heat pump to replace our old air conditioner system. The crew was professional, beyond friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very tidy and respectful of our home and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new hvac system. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

The team that came to my house were all professional. They treated my home like theirs, The workmanship was top quality and they cleaned up after they finished. They kept me updated on progress and was always available for questions. Great company.!

As always, our repairman (this time, mark) was very courteous and professional. Office staff was persistent in locating the needed part. Originally estimating > 1 month due to it being on back order, they then located the part within a few hours drive and sent someone to pick up. Mark came back and installed it right away. Really appreciate them thinking outside the box and going the extra mile (literally!) to get our heat back on during this current cold spell!

Mark arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed it and we are very satisfied with the work and price. Will definitely use Innovative Air again.
