It was a pleasure working with John and team throughout the process as we had to get our attic and basement insulated. John was communicative, kept us up to speed every step of the way and made recommendations with the needed context as to why we should do xyz vs. simply stating what has to be done as matter of fact. Their promptness, responsiveness, and attention to detail was greatly appreciated throughout. Would return for any additional needs for sure.

I called early morning to report issue of my AC. They got back to me less than one hour and assigned technician to visit us on the same day. Julio arrived on time, with mask on and put shoe covers when he walked in our house. I was impressed how thoughtful he was. For the job, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it less than half hour. He also marked unit that would help me to indicate which floor it belongs too. We are new for living in a house, Julio share info on what and how often we should do the maintenance. Since he did excellent job and explained everything so well, we asked him do the maintenance job for the HAVC for us. We are very satisfied with his service. If there is one thing I have a concern is the cost of the broken piece. The price I paid for install and purchase the new capacitor is $201, later my husband showed me the capacitor itself only sells as $18 on Amazon…… so if you don’t need the piece right away, its better to shop around. Besides that everything else are great.

Our AC was not function and the repairman found out that the electrical circuit had not been plug in at the outdoor circuit. Thank him for putting us back in service.

We had some failing insulation removed and replaced. The crew was on time, polite, and went above and beyond. This is also the first and only time I've had work or repairs done on the house where the crew left things tidier around the work site than when they arrived - it was so appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

Received a mailing from Innovative Air stating that they perform plumbing, HVAC, and insulation services. I had a unique circumstance that required all three. To the best of my knowledge everything has been accomplished properly, professionally and in a timely manner. Very pleased
