Innovative Air has serviced our furnace for many years and has always done a wonderful job. Ever since their service man Mark cleaned our ducts we have been partial to having him do our service calls. Not only is Mark always on time, efficient, very neat and clean, but he really takes an interest in his job and is very knowledgeable. We rely on him for questions and recommendations about the system and he never leads us astray.

Richard solved a problem we’ve had for years where some rooms were heated better than others. Given that we’ve used Innovative for years (happily so), I have to give extra credit to Richard for figuring out how to Balance the heating!! Very happy!

Last summer, our upstairs AC was leaking into the ceiling of our attic. Mark from Innovative Air came out, climbed into our tiny crawlspace, found the issue and replaced the copper pipe. Amazing! Later in the summer, that same AC unit was pouring water into the condensation pan. This was in the middle of the pandemic in 90+ degree weather, yet Mark from Innovative Air jumped on FaceTime with me to diagnose the issue as best he could. And when I asked him to come out to look in person, he was happy to do it and arrived in less than an hour.

Since then, Bryan and Mark have been supporting us in fully diagnosing the issue and recommending a replacement system. Their approach is always kind, consultative, responsive and professional. We appreciate Mark, Bryan and the whole team at Innovative Air and recommend them!

KG came in and did the usual AC checkup. He was completely thorough and cleaned up well afterwards. What was so nice is/was his explaining what he did/ suggestions/ and pictures of the parts related.
He did NOT sound like a “used car salesman” as he schooled us on new ideas he thought were important. For a young man in the department, we can see him going beyond just doing repair. We would DEFINITELY like having him ALL the time if possible.
