Heating System Ventilation. Innovative Air did a great job aiding us to diminish the noise from a new boiler. They installed a "fan in the can" to get fresh air into the furnace room and insulated the louvre entrance door. The workers were timely, professional, neat, and pleasant to interact with.

Gary is the best serviceman. He comes in asking questions about your problem and then goes about fixing them. He is nice and always keeps his work area clean. Matt the owner cares that he delivers a quality product. Paul in the service area is always on top of client communication. I recommend them highly.

John did such a thorough evaluation of our house and went over the best option for insulating our home in detail. He advised us to hold off on insulating our attic until we were ready to put Central air in which I thought was honest advice. The installers were so polite, not disruptive and did a great job. I'll be giving them a call when we're ready for AC!

We used Innovative Air Solutions to replace existing insulation in our attic that is part finished and part unfinished and I highly recommend them. John was prompt on scheduling an appointment to review what needed to be done in order to provide an estimate, and spent considerable time with me explaining my options. He turned the estimate around quickly and it came in very reasonable compared to others. After deciding to go with them John kept in me in the loop on scheduling and they were able to start a few days ahead of time in order to finish before Christmas. He even went the extra mile to 1) get a larger dumpster so that we can clear out a lot of junk that we have (not related to the job) and 2) fix a crushed exhaust vent they came across at no extra cost to us. His crew was extremely professional and kept the site clean and me informed along the way. They finished on time and at the estimated cost. You really can't ask for anything better and I am looking forward to using them again in the future for other needs.

Julio showed up on time and was able to address every question I had. The maintenance was quick. Our boiler looks brand new now! Julio took before and after pictures, and once completed, sent them via email. Small attention to details I greatly appreciate.

The company accepts major credit cards and cash, as the invoice is drafted via iPad. I will absolutely be using Innovative Air Solutions moving forward.

Working with Innovative Air Solutions was a great experience because they were responsive from the beginning to the end.John walked us through the process explaining the necessary work that would take place, I would absolutely work with him and his company again. The guys who worked on the installation in the crawlspace was very neat and did a great job as well.

Our tech Gary was on time as always. He outlined what he was there to do which was appreciated. He and his fellow tech worked in two areas of the house and left both areas clean and in the condition they found them.
