Innovative Air Solutions insulated my attic last fall. They were friendly, prompt, efficient and well-priced. I was pleased with their work. Earlier this year, John contacted me to say that they had started working with ConEd to provide the ConEd Weatherization rebates to customers, and wanted to see if my job from last fall would qualify. They completed the necessary paperwork and contacted ConEd on my behalf. I recently received $1,000 from ConEd for the project. I am very grateful to Innovative Air Solutions for taking the time to get me the rebate, which was months after the work had been completed and I had paid for the job. They went out of their way for me. That was great customer service!

Innovative Air did a spectacular job on the installation of insulation in our attic. The Supervisor John Sanese, was knowledgeable, easy to work with, took the time to answer all my questions, and showed up regularly to supervise the work being done by his team. All three men on the team were professional, thorough, punctual, and very pleasant. The service person, Lorenzo Moore was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail within layman's terms. I highly recommend them. The previous service provider was not only disappointing but was extremely expensive
for doing little work and not fully understanding the Honeywell TrueZone system, nor had a solution to the problem.
