Richard was polite and extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it efficiently. He also diagnosed an important but non-emergency repair that the boiler needed and arranged to come back the following day to finalize the repairs. Great service.

Constantly cleaning and making sure they were not in our way during the installation. The man who came to install the thermostat was super helpful and spent time going over the details with me. I highly recommend Innovative Air! They did an amazing job insulating my attic and my house is so comfortable now. We had very little insulation in our attic and our upstairs rooms were hot in the summer and cold in the winter no matter what we did. Once Innovative Air insulated our attic, that is no longer a problem! Even during the hottest days this summer, our upstairs stayed cool (we even turned up the thermostat because the old setting made it too cold now that the heat wasn’t coming into the house). I am looking forward to a comfortable winter with no freezing cold rooms!
From start to finish, the team could not have been more capable, professional and easy to work with. John, the project manager, did a thorough evaluation of my attic and identified what needed to be done to make the job successful and my attic safe. He answered all of my questions in detail and is very knowledgeable about building dynamics as well as how to make a project run well. John was always available and in touch from the delivery of the estimate through project completion. The insulation team—Renevel, Kemil and Yuri—were fantastic. They clearly knew what they were doing and did it well and they worked well as a team. They were very considerate about working in our house: they kept everything clean while working and did a thorough clean-up at the end of each day. Reneval, Kemil and Yuri were really great with communication as they worked: they kept me informed as to their progress and timing, answered my questions and reached out as needed for input. They were a pleasure to work with!
I really can’t say enough good things about how this project went. The project ran on time and on budget. And the results are even better than I expected. Not only is my house comfortable and more energy-efficient, but I have an attic that is actually a pleasure to use (weird, I know!). Before my attic was a scary, dirty, dangerous place that I avoided going into. Innovative Air transformed it into a clean, safe space that gives us a ton of easy-to-use storage.

I recently switched to Innovative when I learned that my previous AC service company went out of business without telling their customers. The office staff at Innovative has been pleasant to deal with and very responsive. They patiently answered many questions I had and were very straight forward about their services and pricing. Antonio, their service tech, is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am always wary when starting with a new service provider but I can honestly say that Antonio and Innovative have exceeded my expectations so far. I’m very glad to have found them!
