Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. Owner is untouchable - they don’t let you speak with him (at least the front office manager doesn’t). I was made to feel like a stupid person - demeaning and condescending. Absolutely didn’t care about how I felt. Didn’t explain anything and had little knowledge of why certain things needed to be done. It actually wasn’t on the individual service technician as much as it was on the company, the dispatch/schedule manager person - needs some serious customer service training before being back on the phone.

Innovative Air came to the appointment on time. The technician did what was needed in a speedy but thorough manner. All good.

The tech, Julio, did a fine job analyzing the fault in the hot water system. I've used Innovative for many years and have always been happy with their service. Highly recommended.
