This was our first time using Air Docs. Sal was able to come in and quickly diagnose that we had a control panel issue and replace it. Also provided great advise with maintenance. We plan to use them for our service needs going forward and for a unit replacement if needed. It’s a good feeling to know we have Sal and his business here in New Rochelle for heating and cooling.

I have used Air Docs for 10 years. Sal and his staff are excellent to work with. To this point, Sal has installed two replacement Air Handlers and compressors for me. I have never had an issue with their work or products. I highly recommend AIR DOCS.

I've been using Air Docs for the past ten years and I can't say enough good things about the service they provide. Sal the owner is extremely knowledgable and his team of technicians are also great. They are prompt, are thorough in fixing the issue and stick to the quote they gave you. It's a relief to know I can count on them should something go wrong.

Although the Service Technician fixed the problem within 1 hour and was very nice and knowledgeable, we were surprised with the added charges.
Would have been 5 stars otherwise. AC is working which is the most important.
