I recently have my HVAC system installed. HVAC Care, is a professional and honest company. They are patient, not in a rush to hurry up with the job. They will take there time and explain to you how your system works. I had a Honeywell WIFI Thermostat controlled by your cell phone installed with my HVAC system recommended by HVAC Care and it’s awesome. I have no complaints and I am satisfied with there service.

The workers at HVAC Care Plus are extremely competent and professional. They completed the installation of my a/c unit quickly and neatly. They were also able to take me on a walkthrough of the work being done so I had a better understanding of what was going on. 10/10 service, will recommend.

Thank goodness for Michael! I had an AC/heating issue that seemed impossible to fix. Over almost 2 months, multiple technicians (plumbing, electric, HVAC) had come, all with apparent answers but nothing that ever worked. Michael came at a recommendation and a time where I had given up hope of ever getting my heating & cooling to work. After the first diagnostic visit which lasted less than an hour, he came back a second time and fixed the issue in record time! Almost like it was too easy. I’m so thankful for his expertise and confidence. He also explained everything to me and was very patient with my questions and frustrations. I highly recommend!

Michael did an excellent job for my new colonial house that required a full installation (4 zones, 2 Trane HVACs); he was detailed oriented and sent out the engineering plans for review to ensure that he was placing an efficient system. Michael does good quality work at a fair price. Last summer, my HVAC system died a few days before I planned to leave New York to vacation in Greece. I'd planned to home board my elderly dog with a caretaker checking in, but with 100+ degree days I could not leave without a complete compressor replacement. Michael gave me options, prepared written quotes, located materials and expeditiously completed the work the day before my flight. He even came back hours before my flight to check everything was working smoothly. We had a lovely trip and my dog was able to stay in a perfectly comfortable home while we were gone. Michael showed up promptly and diagnosed my furnace issue like a pro. He got the heat back on quickly and came back the next day after expediting a new circuit board for the repair. His rates are very reasonable. He even worked late at night to get us heat.
