On April 18 GC-Reliable installed a new water heater, some boiler components and calibrated the system in my house. Very professional service from start to finish. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained couple of questions I had in regards to the system.

The fellow diagnosed the problem carefully + quickly, checked various parts of the air conditioner system. Explained the next steps and said when he'd return. Impressive. His return visit solved the problem, which he explained clearly. The cost was a "stunner," but the repair was necessary.
If there's a return visit, I'll wait till Brian is available.

We had a problem with our pool heater. The technician who came was very professionl and explained how and why the issued we had was caused. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and would definitelty recommend them in the future.

Over the phone, they us they'd charge us $200 just to drive over and take a look at our a/c. We were desperate, so we agreed. They spent 10 minutes here, told us they couldn't fix our problem and that we needed to contact an electrician instead, and sent us a bill for $450 (the $200 travel charge, $200 for "labor," and a nearly $50 upcharge just for living in NYC, not mentioned before). They did revise the invoice when we pushed back and threatened to leave a bad review, so I'm leaving them three stars instead of zero, but would not use again.

Billy was amazing he was very responsive. He’s quick to call back. They by far gave me the best price and they’ve been a pleasure and very easy to deal with. I would definitely hire them again and definitely recommend them.

Responded to service call quickly. Replaced capacitor for the compressor on pool heat pump. Pool is back to heating mode. Knowledgeable and personable technician.

G.C Reliable was a life-saver on Christmas Eve with no heat. He was responsive, honest and effective dealing with a stalled furnace from a local gas issue. We were impressed with his honesty getting Con Edison to arrive prior to fix their issue prior to his arrival. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Juan was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He problem solved until the issue was resolved. I will def be using GC reliable in the future (not too soon, I hope:-) )

Faisal was very helpful diagnosing my problem. He knew exactly what parts I needed to be replaced. In the middle of a freezing weekend he had the parts in stock and Omar replaced them promptly in the promised time.
