Immediate emergency service and excellent workmanship! I woke up to find that my hot water heater had burst. GC sent a contractor within an hour and replaced the boiler by the end of the day. In addition, the two technicians repaired an adjacent pipe that was beginning to leak at no extra charge.

Exceptional service. I could not figure out where the lose wiring was with respect to the thermostat not connecting with the boiler. Our technician figured it out in literally less than 10 minutes, not counting the time he took to put the thermostat that I had dismantled back together. Turns out something was loose on the boiler. This was an after-hours call and both Bobby, the technician and Faisal, the contact person were so friendly, professional and informative! They are now my go-to heating guys! Thanks a ton!

I can't thank enough for prompt and professional services and competitiveness of GC Reliable. I was in a bind with my heating system which shut off and would not come back on. I called the office and spoke to Maria, who was wonderful to deal with, she was upfront that they are backed up with other calls however will get tech out to our house as soon as possible. She called me back in 30 minutes to inform me that Joe is on his way to my house. Upon arrival, Joe professionally greeted and asked me what the issue was. After explaining him the issue, he went right to work. He figured out the issue, resolved it and tested it few times. He explained to me what was wrong, why it happened, what did he do to fix it and that he tested the unit and should be good going forward. He charged me very reasonable price for his services and thanked me for my business. You can tell this company cares about its customers and makes sure the job is done right the first time.

I called on a recommendation and wasn't disappointed. The guy came within a couple hours of calling, analyzed the boiler issue, found that it was a simple solution in order to keep us going in the short term, and suggested some future maintenance issues to keep things running smooth. When we moved into our new house, we inherited a very old Burnham Boiler heating system. The boiler was over 40 years old, still functioning but had a ton of hiccups such as overheating in some rooms and underheating in others during the winter. We had a ton of repairs that we needed to do to the house so since the heating system was working, we didn't worry about it too much. It was hard to decide what to do with all the options out there. But luckily, this team does not upsell. So, we were able to talk through all the options, including the possibility of installing a combi. When we finally made the decision to upgrade the current system, the team at GC Reliable cleared their schedules to accommodate us because the nights were still pretty cold toward the end of winter. They did a fantastic job installing the new boiler, new piping, new fixtures, new thermostat. We had a minor problem with the thermostat the day after the installation and Faisal came out immediately to address the issue. From the guys who did the trouble-shooting to the guys who installed the new boiler, everyone was top notch! We are so pleased to have been able to work with them. I think we went from about 60% efficiency running the old boiler to about 90%+ efficiency with the new system. With the new system, our heating bills have gone down dramatically!
