I was initially very impressed with the company for sending a photo and info about the technician that would be arriving in a short time. Randy was polite, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered my many questions patiently and was very informative. I was extremely happy with this experience and highly recommend Randy and his company, Yost & Campbell.

Tech was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and helpful. I have a “older” whole house emergency generator that needs the TLC that any liquid-cooled gas engine that’s 18 years old needs.Both my tech and Y&C have always been attentive and responsive.

They came to fix my boiler. First they call me to give the price for it which was the price for one hour to two hours. The technician only took a little be more than half hour. I did sign on the technician’ phone a invoice for one hour. I did call to request the invoice. When I checked I found out that they charged 2 hours then I called back to complain about the over charged. The guy that I was dealing with which I don’t want to say the name for not compromise his work it self, put me on hold to discuss this matter and when he got back he said that he would give a credit which was not done. So, when I called back to confirm the refund he said he would email the credit card company and get back to me. So, he never called me and, today, 06/22/23, he emailed me saying that after speak to his management, he wouldn’t refund me for the hour because the technician stay in the job for one hour and fifteen minutes. In my house he stayed A little more than 1/2 hour but, he stoped his van on crossed street and stay the rest of the that he is charging me. Beside this matter, Yost and Campbell is a good company and professional mechanics but because of this experience, I was really disappointed.

Ricardo came out to look at my A/C and boiler and he was excellent. Really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable guy. It was my first experience with Y&C and I plan on using them again as a result of my experience with Ricardo

Y&C by far the best in the HVAC business. They installed my ductless system in 2021 and they did a great job. Each year for normal scheduled service is by far top notch. Today they did our annual maintenance and Jamal was professional and courteous. He did a great job and best of all the system is ready for the season

Erickson just came and serviced our generac generator. He was courteous and took the time to explain the steps taken with the tune-up. Should you require a generator service look no further! Call and schedule an appointment with Yost & Campbell; you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Erickson!

The process to replace my gas water heater to an electric started with Chris from Y&C who is the project manager. He was always available, honest and the reason I chose Y&C. He answered all my questions and recommended a great electrician to install my 30 amp circuit. He is a great PM.
The technicians who installed the system did a fantastic job. The pipe work was flawless. They installed the system perfectly. Y&C has a great installation team.
My overall experience was 5 stars.

I replace my gazillion years old Boiler to a brand new Goodman brand unit.
