Jacob of Restivo HVAC was prompt, professional, honest & competent. He diagnosed & repaired our vent issue, as well as inspected the entire unit. Jacob will be our go-to-guy for any future issues.

We had a room in our new home that was really cold -- much much colder than the rest of our home. Jacob from Restivo Heating and Air Conditioning came and got into our crawl space to find the previous owners had a wide hole in the duct work and in the next bay of the crawl space a duct that was to connect to the vent was on the floor. After he repaired the duct work, he serviced our units. Price was very fair for the relief he gave us -- totally could have took advantage of me. He left the work areas cleaner than they were when he arrived and the biggest thing for me was he wore booties (and removed them when going to his truck). Will use again for sure.

Working with Restivo HVAC was a dream! They relocated and installed a heat pump in our home. Responsive, punctual, and professional a triple treat, one you don’t find often enough these days. I’ll definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future!
