The two gentlemen who came were very pleasant and very efficient. They explained what went wrong and they fixed it and charged me only a service call. Yes, I heartily recommend Yost.

I must say yolks in Campbell is very professional they hire men that are very well trained... And all that yolks and Campbell has to offer they are very courteous... I would highly recommend them again

Scheduled an appointment to have them estimate the cost to repair my AC unit - 5 days later on the day of the appointment, (during the last hour of the 5 hour window) they called to tell to me that they don't do work on the specific unit I have. They've had the necessary information on the exact unit I have for 5 full days, including a picture of the unit, the model, and serial number and just decided to check what they actually agreed to service at the last minute. Thanks for nothing.

***Update: I received a call from a service rep yesterday, (5 days after the last minute appointment cancellation). When he told me where he was calling from, I was surprised. I thought, maybe it was to inform me that they actually do service the type of AC handler I own, and to try and set up another appointment to fix it...Instead, he gave me another half hearted apology, calling it, "an honest mistake" - he then proceeded to bring up the review I posted given my negative experience with the company and had the nerve to ask me to take it down! No solution to my problem, no additional help given, just a canned, "we're sorry for the inconvenience....would you mind taking down that negative review?"

I understand positive reviews are important for a small business' success, but saying sorry doesn't compensate for the sleepless nights my family had to endure with temps at 80+ degrees only to have the technician cancel at 5 P.M. on a Friday! Had the company simply had competent people managing incoming requests, they could've told me they couldn't help right away and saved me the hassle.

Fortunately, I found a significantly more competent and professional contractor that same day. I provided him the exact same information I gave Yost & Campbell, he came for a consult within the hour and diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered a replacement part onsite, and scheduled the installation. Not to mention, he only charged $75 for the consult, Yost & Campbell was going to charge $180...

I held off from updating this review to try and let my frustration subside, but I couldn't. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

Randy did an excellent job with his yearly maintenance on our boiler. Upon testing for CO he found a leak & called an advisor, Chris Verini, who came within an hour to discuss our options. Both were extremely knowledgeable & professional but showed us their caring & respect. 10++

Louis is the best technician that’s come to our house and done a great job. Keep up the good work Louis.Q.

Sony Arias (Consultant) Brian Tompson (Electrician), Luis Paulino (Installer) and Idelson Javier (Installer) were at our property for the Installation of the Ductless Mini-Split Equipment.

Benita was thoughtful and prompt to dispatch a service person for the annual maintenance check. When the service person (Jamal) arrived he was professional and courteous. He answered all the questions in regards to the boiler. A very positive experience overall.

Have been a contract holder for over fifty years for my heating system and air conditioning. I am very satisfied with their service.
