Extremely professional team worked in my home. They payed attention to detail and didn't give me a sloppy rush job.
I never got the feeling from these men that they didn't take pride in their work and in my satisfaction with the project.

Today (May 1, 2023), Randy came for our annual maintenance. He was on time. He is a courteous professional. Carried out his work carefully. Good job.
Yost and Campbell is a Good and reliable company. I have been using then for over 30 years.

Great experience; great service. Leaking radiator repaired. Called in on Monday, tech surveyed Tuesday, repaired on Wednesday. Technician Mikey was informative, professional, very customer friendly, and confident in his work performance. It was a pleasure having him conduct our repair service.

Pre-Season A/C maintenance. Excellent job. Kept me informed throughout process. Gave me insights about how my system was performing and how to keep it healthy. Very pleased with Michael the technician. Polite, on time.

Juan Miguel Rivas did any excellent job. He is very professional and left my basement in a clean & orderly condition.

New over $6K furnace installed Dec 2022….Four separate occasions technicians of different levels unable to solve the issues. Used Y&C for minor repairs/furnace annual start-up for many years. NEVER AGAIN!!! Calls made to sales rep, service & installation managers never returned. All they do is send another tech who continue to give different explanations & different answers each time. Need to get their stories together. Thinking of getting central air…Definitely not from them!

After 30 years of using this company, I am done. I am replacing a boiler they installed last year with a new one. Called the mfgr of the boiler to ask for a certified installer. It was not Yost and Cambell. Incompetent installers and worse “project managers” in the office who have no idea what they are talking about. This used to be a good company. Used them for AC, heating and generator. Never again, it is costing me a fortune to replicate correctly what they did here. On top of all of that, when I called 2x to discuss the invoice because the service person said there was no charge (repair according to him went back to a faulty installation by them), they still billed my credit card over $400 and never returned the call.

Had a great experience each time we used Yost and Campbell. Recently had service on our heating system. Our technician,Greg was professional, knowledgeable and patient as he answered all our concerns. Definitely will recommend.

Today I was assigned qualified technician Ariel Not only did he trouble shoot and find issue preventing cool system to turn on but he also demonstrated other important information re managing this HVAC system He was first qualified individual who had my system up and running 🏃‍♀️ in little over an hour Ariel demonstrated patience professionalism and overall knowledge re the compressor and 3 units in front of him

I’m an RN of 40 years worked with many professionals doctors nurses anesthesiologist and Ariel in my humble opinion is worth a million dollars to public he services plus to Yost and Campbell How fortunate this company had where with all to hire such an extremely calm and knowledgeable individual to work for their team In this case it doesn’t take a village for a favorable outcome Ariel is the ticket was ultra favorable
