I have been very pleased with Bell Plumbing. They installed a new HVAC system and steam humidifier in my condo in 2015. It was a difficult installation in a tight attic space, and Bell was very responsive and diligent about resolving all the issues. Annual maintenance is also always timely and professional.

We needed a broken thermostat replaced in the middle of winter. We called the Bell folks, who were immediately responsive. They immediately sent us a repair person who was both technically competent and and pleasantly helpful. It is a pleasure to recommend this first rate company to others.

all requested work seemed to be done well & efficiently. I didn't remember to mention one vent that isn't giving out much heat, but he fixed the one that I told him about. He didn't check any of the vents otherwise, but that wasn't in the job request, my mistake.

I recently had my air conditioning ducts cleaned and sealed over a 2 day period. The men doing the work were Phil and Mina. They were polite, informative and considerate while doing the work. They were careful to protect the furniture and answered all my questions regarding exactly what they were doing. I would be more than happy to recommend Bell to anyone requiring this work.

They installed central AC for me. Very professional. They will come by and answer all questions you might have regarding. I'm a novice and have been using window ACs so it was all new for me but the rep was very thorough in explaining everything. They scheduled quickly and got work done within two days and we have been enjoying our Central AC since.

Excellent experience using Bell to install a new HVAC system. Umair and George H were very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. They were very clean and thorough with the install. When they left, they left no trace that they were here except for the new unit. Great service, highly recommended!

Shows up promptly on time and did a great job taking care of business. Needed to order a part, called when it was in and came and finished the job. Seamless and trouble free. Very conscious of keeping the are clean and wore a mask and booties

Made an appointment in May and the earliest they could come was July - when I didnt get a confirmation call the day before expected services I thought it was suspicious so I called the next am only to be told “we dont have you in the system”. We waited 8 weeks for this appointment and we arent even in the system. They also said someone could not get to us for another 5 weeks. Terrible and not apologetic at all for a HUGE mistake. I would NEVER use this company or recommend them

Heat pump had a problem, Bell serviced quickly and efficiently. Great People from Office personal to the Technicians that come to the house. Work clean, respectful, and communicate effectively. Been with them for over 20 years.
