Very disappointed with the services provided by Bell. I had to have servicemen out here on 2 separate occasions because they failed to correctly diagnose the problem with my boiler. On the first visit, the serviceman was respectful and kind, he made some repairs and repacked a few pieces- told us with proper maintenance that our system should last a good while. But shortly after he left my heat shut off again. Mind you, it was freezing this day and the following days as well. I paid extra service fee because they came out to me on a Sunday, on top of the repair fee. Just to spend that night and the following days with no heat. We went a total of 4 days with no heat, it was so bad my child ran a fever and got a cold. When they came back the second time, all of a sudden I needed a new system and the problems I had would only have temporary solutions. My heat turned off again after they left. I felt forced to look into another company because Bell was clearly not getting it done, i finally got my problem fixed with someone else. Turns out I don’t need an entire new system just yet. I got a call from someone at their company after I had left a message for them Friday. She told me nothing could be done now since I contracted someone else to work on my system. Very upset I spent so much money and extra for weekend service when I ended up without heat anyway, and when they didn’t even fix my problem on visit 1 or 2. Basically paid to get ripped off. I hate to our down a local business, but this was experience and I would not recommend.

Bell's mechanic "Eddie" serviced our AC system today and both the experience and service Eddie provided was excellent! As Eddie described his work: "I service my customers with the very best service I can provide" Eddie certainly did his job well, with skill and precision. At first glance this company seemed like a good choice because it was local and rated well, the serviceman was respectful too but looks can be deceiving in terms of this company. I had an emergency, being that it was Sunday I had to pay a lot extra. As this is somewhat standard, I understood but after the weekend fee and the actual service fee, I expected my problem to be solved. After the first visit, my heat turned back off shortly after the serviceman left. It was one of the coldest weekends and due to no heat, my son got sick. We had no heat for 4 days, when they finally got someone back out to us for the second time, all of a sudden we needed a whole new system- when initially the serviceman said it was in good shape except for some pieces that needed to be replaced. My heat turned off YET AGAIN. After I initially trusted them to fix the problem, given them 2 chances and A LOT of money, they failed to properly diagnose the problem and more importantly left my family without heat. I was forced to contact another company, who then fixed my problem. I called to speak to a manager, a woman called me back and went on how since I contracted another service, they would have to charge me to come back out here and see what was the issue etc. I asked her if anything could be done and nothing ! I’m beyond upset that I trusted this company with this service and paid so much money, for my problem not to even get fixed by them! For all that money I payed, including Sunday cost, you would think it would’ve been handled correctly. They said they had some great servicemen and doing this for a very long time… well I’m sure they are after leaving my family without heat for 4 days to the point my kid gets fever. A big waste of money.

My Central Air unit fan wasn't working. Pete , one of the techs, came over and easily diagnosed the issue. He was able to get it repaired and up working for the rest of our summer! I would recommend Bell to anyone who needs help with their HVAC units. They will support you to get you what is needed. Dave , on the sales side, is also honest in what is going on with your units.

The team came out on a Saturday which was appreciated after they weren't able to come on Friday. The guys Joe and Mina were professional, entertaining, and a pleasure to have doing the work for us. They went above and beyond and pointed out some things I didn't know about that would help me down the road. Definitely would recommend these guys for work!

I have used Bell Mechanical for many years now. The business is reliable and responsive. They sold and installed a new HVAC system when my old. one failed, and they. maintain it in spring and fall. I am very satisfied with their service. They are responsive when called and try to make the customer satisfied.

The good people at Bell are not only professionals but caring. Our gas was turned off due to a leak. We had planned to switch to an air source heat pump, but it was winter, a time when you do not want to undertake such an endeavor. Seeing our situation of no heat, Bell’s Giovanni and George worked to find us a system and get it installed as soon as possible. To our relief, as Giovanni promised, it was a matter of weeks, not months, which was no simple thing given supply chain issues which other vendors found daunting. Everyone, especially Colleen in customer service, installers, Derek and Hamid (harder workers you’ll not find), project manager Nuri, and tech Dmitri, all helped us get through this stressful period with their professionalism and courtesy. Many businesses today become so large they outgrow their connection to clients. The folks at Bell are competent, friendly, and treat the customer as a real person. They inspire trust. I cannot recommend their work too highly.

Bell had installed a Bosch heat pump / AC on 9/24/2021. it didn't sync to my furnace ( for the lack of pushing a button, that was it). so on Monday Bell sent out Chris, Ari and Demetri. They fixed the issue in a matter of minutes but also stayed to run the whole system through it's paces. They also took the time to explain all about the heat pump and what the expectations should be. They are patient, competent, courteous and professional. They are a real asset to their company. Thank you gentleman. Second review: this review wouldn't be complete without stating how absolutely imperative it is to have a customer service employee like Colleen. She always handles every call and situation flawlessly. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable describes Colleen.

It was a pleasure dealing with Bell Heating and Air Conditioning. John Irwin made it so simple for me. He was fantastic. I had my new system in in 2 days. The installation crew were unbelievable. Couldn’t ask for nicer people to come into my home. Friendly, took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. The best ever. 5 stars for Bell.
