I was very pleased with the maintenance service of our old 30+ year old a/c unit. The technician was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable having him into my home. He could have tried to sell me a new unit but never did. He did recommend something that could help alleviate a major ceiling leak from the condenser for a relatively small fee. I would highly recommend this company.
Our central AC installation was finished last week, mid-day Thursday. The highly efficient Bell team completed the job in less than three days! The entire Bell team from George (Habib), who I signed the contract with, to Rui (De Silva), the foreman, to Hamid and Mario, the two very pleasant and hard-working men who did the installation in our house were all so easy and pleasant to deal with. The two installer guys, Hamid and Mario, did so amazingly neat work both in the rooms and up up in the attic, it’s almost like it all just magically happened. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bell to anyone who wants to make an improvement in their home! We have now enjoyed the newly installed central AC for just a few days, but can already say it was a very smart investment. Thank you Bell, thank you the entire team!
Bell serviced our Navien on-demand boiler. Donald -- an outstanding Bell technician -- correctly diagnosed the issue (a faulty three-way valve). In fact, while the technicians at Navien (telephonic customer service) initially disagreed with this diagnosis, Donald proved to be correct. Donald ordered the part and returned to install it. Donald was extraordinarily thorough and stayed late to ensure that the system was functioning properly. Donald was also incredibly patient in answering all of my questions, explaining the diagnosis, and the fix. We really appreciated Donald's efforts. As long as Donald is employed at Bell Heating, we will certainly continue to send our business there!
Bell is outstanding at what they do, but this review is for Coleen who schedules, answers phones, and delivers the friendliest, most competent customer service I have ever experienced. She's a total gem. They are very luck to have someone so bright and caring in this customer focused position. Kudos to her and to Bell for recognizing how important this position is!
We had routine AC maintenance and I believe the guy must have been new because he over filled the coolant by a lot (and charged us for it) and completely ruined our system. He also did not call prior to arriving on this day. The company attempted to come back two days later but never knocked or rang our doorbell when arrived. The technician attempted to call once but did not leave a message. We tried to call back but his cell phone went right to voicemail and we couldn’t leave a message. They said they would come back two days later which was unacceptable. The secretary that spoke to us was very rude! In the middle of the summer, my baby’s room was 90 degrees and to tell us they couldn’t come back for another two days was crazy. We ended up getting another company to come within an hour and fix the mistakes. I will no longer do business with them, however they said they will issue us a refund.
My wife and I found the Bell personnel to be prompt with respect to keeping scheduled appointments, courteous, polite, and extremely careful when they installed our Mitsubishi ductless A/C and heating unit. They laid down floor coverings to prevent tracking dirt onto the floor / carpets and were very careful with the furniture that they had to move. The work was very nicely done and they left no trace that they had even been there except, of course, for our very nice new Mitsubishi unit.
Had split type heat/ac installed yesterday. . Kyle and Joe arrived on schedule,were knowledgable, answered all my questions, coordinated well with Mark the electrician and installation went smoothly..The unit was operational when they left. Dave was very helpful in choosing the right unit and helping me through the whole process. I hope the unit performs as well as the people who installed it.

Dave Hopper in sales is a true professional, thoroughly explaining everything in full detail from the beginning, going over all options and eventually putting the best equipment available in my home. I will also add that they had most competitive pricing of all companies that put bids in for the job. Extremely knowledgeable and most important, a gentleman as well. Install team was even better. All three, Rob, Mina, and Johnson are true craftsmen. Informative, skilled, and made it happen in 3 days. High quality work, and it shows. Great guys, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Dave came on time to assess our situation. We weren't sure whether to get central air or another means of air conditioning. Dave was very confident. He explained the disadvantages and advantages of each system for our townhouse. He was easy to understand. He made a recommendation for ductless air conditioning and explained why. He took measurements and within a few hours sent us a proposal. We had scheduled another company to get a recommendation and estimate. When Dave didn't hear from us in a day or two, he called to check up. We went with Bell for a number of reasons, not the least of which was Dave. It was a little difficult making arrangements with the electrition he works with, but ultimately we got an appointment for installation. His workmen arrived promptly and were also very professional and attentive to the work environment.
Since the units were installed we have not had much hot weather, but the day or so that was hot, the units seemed to do a nice job of cooling and dehumidifying the house. But on these cool days the heat pumps on the units have done a very nice job of keeping the house warm.
We are very pleased. Hope the service, should we need it, continues to be as good.
Bell installed a new indirect hot water heater beside my oil furnace. The scheduling was easy and timely. They were neat and clean. Done in a day and now we have long hot showers we have not had since moving here. We are very happy.
