Bell HVAC arrived to do our annual maintenance on time as scheduled and provided excellent service. Dimitri was friendly and very helpful, answering our questions and working quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Bell HVAC

Truly unprofessional! My family has been a customer for 30+ years and in the past this company was great. Now they’re a shell of what they used to be. We were told they’d come for an emergency repair, that the mechanic was on a call but our house was next. The guy never showed and never even called to say he wasn’t going to make it. We called back today and they were rude. Saying that we need a service contract to get service at reasonable time. This is abject bullcookies! It’s discriminatory. “You don’t pay annually just in case something goes wrong so WE DON’T SERVICE YOU FOR DAYS BECAUSE YOUR BUSINESS IS UNIMPORTANT TO US”. My grandparents are in their 90’s, my grandpa is a Normandy vet and they’re freezing. We have space heaters but it’s not cutting it for them. We ended up calling another place and they sent a repair man no problem without any of the draconian sales pitches for a contract to give us precedent over people actually in need of emergency repair. Bell lost a long time customer today. Save your trouble, find a company with compassion.

When my gas furnace stop working trying to get a repairman to return my call on the weekend was next to impossible. But bell heating and air conditioning return my call promptly. Repairman Gary was professional and very polite. Arriving a short time later when other companies want to put me on a waiting list. Repair was made, very happy with this company. Would recommend them to anyone.

A great company! They installed my oil furnace a few years ago and they did a great job! I use Bell for my maintenance needs and annual furnace tune-up. I will continue to use Bell for all my heating needs!

We had mini-splits installed because central air wasn't possible. The Bell person in charge of the project was David Hopper. He came to the home and explained to us the situation and offered us this solution. We had others come, assess and give us proposals, but we decided to go with Bell.
The installers, Matt and Hamey, came and installed the units in a day and half, which was pretty good. They were professional, fast and always explaining what they were doing. The units look and work great, the compressor is slick looking and very quiet. All in all we are very happy with our decision.

they installed our new Geothermal system and they said that their part would take a week and that’s what it took. Very nice and proficient staff. We pit in a service call and they cane out the next day to correct the setting-great service. So far our new system works like a charm.

Before I found this place ,recommend by my friend I had a bad experience .Bell Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional and attentive to my needs, so John was my first attend he came to my place and later on I received an e-mail with the options to fix my heat. After we agree with the contract and wait for the heater come took total 2 weeks now my place is warmer thanks guys we are the best I truly recommend to friends and family.

Be careful with their billing department because they don't know what they're doing. I took out a service contract when I booked my initial appointment. I gave the woman my credit card information and went over all the details of the contract with her. 3 weeks later after the service visit I get a call from the billing office that they have no information and no payment on file and that I need to take out a contract and pay the service fee. I went over all the information again and gave the credit card information only to realize that night that they deducted the service fee of almost $400 twice in a period of three weeks.
When I call the office to dispute the claim the woman who answered argued with me that there was no deduction taken 3 weeks earlier they had no information on file and that I needed to call the bank to dispute it. I had already called the bank to dispute it and she still gave me an argument. When I insisted that they look up their credit card charges for that first date she then realized that they mistake. I must admit that their customer service skills are terrible. I cannot tell you about anything else at this point but since I already paid for the one-year I'm not going to cancel. All that I can say is buyer beware! They are extremely disorganized in their office.
