We had a Carrier ductless system installed in our house. Matt\Phil\Ryan were awesome, great job on the installation and also working around us in the house with our newborn baby that we brought home on day 2 of the install. They also cleaned up very well each night before they left.

New installation of Mitsubishi ductless minisplit AC system. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The techs cleaned up during the install. My job was done during phase 1 reopening, the techs followed all PPE and social distancing which are necessary during this time. We are very happy with this purchase and installation.

If you have children then dont use this company. When it come to work completed in an a home where children are cared for this place is extremely unprofessional. I had a thermostat installed yesterday and the worker left all the nails removed from the wall all over my playroom floor. I was unaware since It was not communicated I am suppose to clean up after the worker. How is a client suppose to know what is being removed or added unless you are right there the entire time supervising the work being done. Luckily for me at always vacuum at the end of each day and noticed all the plaster from inside the wall and nails all over the floor where the thermostat Bell company had replaced. Imagine a client does not notice this a children eat plaster and nails because a client is unaware of how untidy the company is after performing the work. In over 15 years of owning my home and having many types of services have I ever experienced this. I spent almost $800 on a contract with this company to receive subpar service. When I called to complain I all I got was the person on the phone defending their worker and barely apologized. I am appalled and had to let other future clients know if you use this company and have children around they don't care. I went with a bigger company thinking it would be beyond professional and this is literally the worst service I've experienced. Once again homes with children beware!

Bell Heating & Air provides the install of our Geothermal unit along with the duct work. While communication was difficult with the office in scheduling the overall work and craftsmanship of the duct work was great.

We would highly recommend using them on your next HVAC project.

I often write product reviews to let other consumers know how I feel about buying decisions I've made, usually for clothing. But, other than restaurant reviews, I can't think of a time I've reviewed businesses. In this case, a review of the entire experience seemed the right thing to do because I have been so pleased with every aspect of our relationship with Bell Heating and Air Conditioning.

From our early consultation with Rui Da Silva, to our interactions with the back-office administrative team, the installation team and our on-going service with Bell H&AC, we are very pleased with our Heat Pump decision and recommend anyone on the market for any heating or air-conditioning system to contact them. Everyone has been courteous, in our home they've been neat and always respectful, and all time commitments have been met. Do your homework and research, and give Bell a call.
