Performed an installation at my aging parents home of a new water softener for which they never received a paid receipt, invoice, or any warranty and manufacturer's info for the softener since there is nothing listed on the softener itself. Firstly, it was installed in a manner where it sticks completely out from the wall, taking up space in their garage. Secondly, shortly after install, the water turned WORSE then before - extremely hard and leaving a film on everything and the smell is absolutely nauseatingly atrocious. When my mom called back she was told by the installer Chris "The water sample {taken at the time of install} results came back normal. What do you want me to do?" After months, I had to step in and call. When I asked Tyler at the office for the manufacturer of the softener, he said he didn't know, only Chris would know... They came back out a week later, Ethan took another sample for which we are waiting almost 3 weeks on the results. In four weeks we still cannot get a receipt nor manufacturers information sent to me so we can call another business. No way to treat customers!! I don't know how they get away with charging people thousands and not backing up their service. CROOKS!!!!!
This company came over to assess my home heating and cooling needs. It’s been over a month and they have not gotten back to me at all. I have called a week later spoke with Giovanni Two weeks later still nothing. Now it’s been over a month. Keith never got back with a report. Wouldn’t recommend
Terrible, terrible company. We reached out two years ago for a quote to install ductless split air conditioners in my home. Dave came out and then we never heard from him again for the quote. We reached out several times but never got a response. This past year we scheduled a boiler cleaning from them, only to have the apt cancelled on us 4 times before they finally came out. Now in the last few weeks we decided we really wanted to get the ductless ac installed after waiting on it two years ago. We reached out spoke to the manager, and he set us up with Dave again. The morning he was supposed to come by he cancelled and said just to send him pictures and he would provide a quote. Never got a response to the pictures. I called, texted, called and called again and this man dropped off the face of the earth AGAIN. I will never use them again for anything. What terrible customer service.
Made an appointment for a service call. I knew my unit was in bad shape, considering it was from 1984. The tech got me an appointment scheduled with Rio to prove out a new unit. He can the next day and sat with me for a good amount of time discussing our options. Decided to go with them for the replacement. Had it installed today, I was at work and there was an issue with a hornets nest. I got exterminator there and George and his crew worked through to make sure my unit got completed. Awesome job, even moved my unit to a better place. Would def suggest them.
I had Bell Heating and AC replace a central air conditioner system which consisted of an outside compressor, interior air handler, drainage, associated wiring and thermostat. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. After it was determined that my 25 year old system was beyond repair, The Service Manager for Bell came out to my home to determine what type of equipment I would need and presented various options in terms of replacement brands, efficiency ratings and project costs.
He took the time to measure and walk through my home to determine what type of unit would work best as well as be more efficient. The technicians / mechanics who installed the new unit arrived on time and before any work commenced in my home, they took the time to cover any floor / carpeted areas to prevent them from getting dirty as well as wear special protective gear over their shoes. The technicians all had different aspects of the installation process they were responsible for. For example, one technician worked outside installing the outside compressor and wiring. The other two technicians worked inside on the installation of the air handler, fabricating any type of sheet metal needed for the new equipment, hooking up the drainage, thermostat installation, etc.
At the end, the entire system was tested and only after it met their expectations, I was then informed that the job was complete. The new unit has been working flawlessly with my home being much cooler and reaching a comfortable temperature in a short amount of time. The new unit is also much quieter then the previous one.
I would highly recommend Bell Heating and AC for your heating and cooling needs.
Contacted the company for a few important projects at my home. The company sent someone to conduct an estimate on my repairs and I was advised they would email me with the written estimates. However, i received no response after the visit. I even reached back out to the company to remind them I was waiting for an estimate to which they said they would get back to me. Unfortunately, again, I received no other response or info. Very disappointing.
We have Bell Heating for over 8 years with a complete service contract for our home. They are the best HVAC company we had experience for over 30 years. Very professional and courteous people all around from customer service to technicians. Will recommend without hesitation.
Highly recommend Bell Heating and Air Conditioning. They revamped the entire heating and cooling system in our home, replaced our boiler, and installed a new hot water tank. They did a wonderful job! The work was completed on time and they were extremely professional. Thank you Bell!
Bell has been servicing my heating & A/C units for over 10 years. They recently replaced a ductless a/c unit for me. Their pricing was fair and the installation was seamless. Their customer service team has always been responsive to any of my calls for tech support.
Newly installed system: The process was smooth and effortless. Pat was professional and knowledgeable. The install crew Ryan and John were polite, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. In addition, I contacted 3 other companies who quoted me outrageous prices ( > 12k) and when I had a question John came back immediately to fix/answer any questions.
I would highly recommend this company for your maintenance or install. Will definitely be contacting for my annual maintenance.
