I had two separate heating issues. The guy who came out initially couldn't figure them out (they were weird problems) - but he stayed for two hours, called people he worked with, researched the issue, etc until he figured out both problems and fixed them! He was really fantastic - clearly cared about doing a good job, and went so above and beyond. Fairly priced too. Def recommend!

I just moved in to my newly renovated home and very happy with the HVAC system that was installed by Keith's team at Bell. The quality of the work and service has been excellent throughout the project.

Keith was very responsive and scheduled his guys promptly when needed. When a minor issue came up with a faulty thermostat, a technician was sent quickly to resolve the problem.

Would recommend Bell without hesitation.

The Bell folks were courteous, clean, finished faster than they said they would and did an excellent job installing our ductless heat/ac system. Very pleased with the overall work. Keith Bell came to the house several times to explain the job, answer our questions and make sure that we understood the scope of the work. We highly recommend them!

Very reliable with service calls and the service technicians are always on time and very courtious who take the time to explaine exactly what they're doing during a service call. I had BELL install my Carrier unit in 2013 and the guys did an outstanding job. In fact, my entire family have used BELL for new HVAC systems and their work is top notch. I don't write many reviews but wanted to share my experience with my recent service visit. My AC unit was not getting the house cold and I already had the unit charged up the previous year. After speaking with the service manager a leak test was recommended. OMAIR, the service technician arrived the day of my appointment (on-time) and within 20 minutes diagnosed the problem as a leaking Evaporator coil. The good news is Carrier has a 10 year warranty on this part and OMAIR was able to submit my model # to get a replacement part ordered. OMAIR was very professional and a master HVAC technician.

Part 2 : After Chris installed a new Carrier coil, my unit works great. Chris was professional, courteous and is a very skilled HVAC tech.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job in installing a central air conditioning system in our home. The crew was professional, courteous and very neat. The job was completed on time and on budget. Dave was especially good at responding quickly to requests and emails. I recommend Bell highly.

Very disappointed, I waited 6 weeks to get on the schedule for an A/C tune up/service and on the day of the scheduled date I got cancelled on last minute. I wouldn’t mind if it was during a convient time that suited myself or my wife but we both work mon-fri 7-5 and that’s the hours these guys work, so I took a day off work to be at home for the tech to arrive and they cancel last minute. Having called the office I was basically told it would be a further 4 weeks before a tech gets to me and there was nothing she could do. Very unprofessional and just lost a heating and cooling maintenance contract. Poor customer service

I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment but it was worth the wait. The professionalism of the worker Omar was wonderful. He checked our air conditioning system from every angle possible. He changed the filter and installed a new thermostat. He was kind and patience. He explained and answered every question we asked him. I also appreciate the fact of all the Catholic Church Bulletins they advertise in. They help the Church by paying for the ad and in turn covers the cost of printing the weekly bulletin and purchasing the monthly booklet of the readings for Daily and Sunday Mass.
Omar took off his shoes and put on the booties that surgeons wear in the operating rooms. This is a superb company and recommend it 110%

This was the first time I have used Bell Heating & AC. I had a Maintenance appointment and I am very happy with the Customer Service I received, from when I first called them, and when they came here. Rui was very helpful as he answered many questions I had about my heating systems being I had just recently moved. He explained everything completely after doing the maintenance check. I look forward to continuing to use this company in my new dwelling.
