They sent a guy to give me and estimate, i'll admit i had gotten 2 quotes before he came out from other companies. In the end i decided to go with 123 hvac's quote because it was the most affordable and the sales guy actually took the time to look at my old system and explained what would work best in my home. The other 2 guys were not as thorough before quoting me on ac replacement as well as he did.
