I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the HVAC services of 123 HVAC when my AC went out, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, Lawrence and his staff displayed a level of professionalism, explaining the details, process and expertise that surpassed my expectations. I am happy to share my positive review of their exceptional HVAC service.

I'm not one to write reviews but I am beyond happy with this company. My AC has been causing me issues for the past month and it finally broke. It was memorial day and they still came out because my house felt like a sauna. Within 10 minutes they diagnosed with problem and were working on getting me a replacement part! They were so professional, responsive and helpful. I will be recommending them to everyone!!

I manage three properties in the Richmond area (with a lot of HVAC needs) and found 123 HVAC through my home warranty company. They are absolutely the best.

For me, the differentiating factor is not only the service, but the communication. Marian is available and easy to connect with, and sets realistic expectations for work. This is rare and so appreciated. I truly value having an accurate understanding of issues and time frames for resolution, rather than the empty promises that many services offer.

I can attest that the quality of their work is of course excellent as well, as Lawrence and team have replaced both an HVAC unit and a furnace for me this year. I cannot say enough good things about 123HVAC.. I will continue to work with them whenever possible.

Lawrence is the absolute best. If anyone needs him for their HVAC hit him up ASAPm I'm talking outstanding job. Very professional. Will definitely recommend him to others plus thats now my personal HVAC guy. My home is so nice and toasty I love it.

This is twice now that Lawrence has saved us from disaster. Our upstairs HVAC unit has had a rusted-through drip pan for months now, which has been leaking through the ceiling in our bedroom. Our home warranty set us up with another company who came out once, never sent in the paperwork, and has been ignoring our calls since April. We finally convinced the home warranty to put us with another company and luckily they selected 123! 123 scheduled us promptly, sent a text message to confirm, and Lawrence arrived on time, as friendly and helpful as he was when we worked with him last year This company is incredible!

We were in a bind after our AC went down and being no-showed by another hvac company in 90degree weather; and this company called back, and was able to start the work the same day after realizing the urgency. I worked with Lawrence and 123hvac a few months back on my other hvac unit and he was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Again he/they isn’t disappointing and I appreciate them. Not only did Lawrence and his team provide quality service when replacing my heat pump, but they also went out of their way to find the most cost effective solution for my situation. I cannot begin to explain the exceptional service I received by 123 HVAC. Lawrence was so personable, he explained the situation so I could understand the issue, unlike what I’ve experienced from other service professionals. My unit was shot from the new home I had recently purchased and although I had three other hvac techs come out to look at it, Lawrence from 123, was the only one that I felt was telling it to me straight. He said that basically my system was patched just enough by the seller to have it pass inspection & that it was inevitable that my unit would fail. He said I can fix one problem and another is going to appear and that this vicious cycle would continue until I’d have to replace the entire system in the end anyway. I had been given this diagnosis from the previous 3 techs but they were vague in explaining the problem and seemed more interested in making money, of which out of the 4 companies I got the best/ top of the line unit on the market installed for several hundred dollars less than the other previous quotes, of which were higher bids for a lesser name brand, so of course, I ended up choosing 123 HVAC. I own a business as well as my new home, 123 HVAC is now my go to for honest, affordable and easy to understand Service that I haven’t experienced ever in my years of using HVAC service providers. My unit was installed in an extremely quick fashion, it works like a charm and I am happy cause the temperatures are rising and I’m just glad I chose 123 HVAC to do the job instead of the bigger companies, I saved money, time till installation and I got one of the best performing HVAC units on the market for tons less than the lesser valued units from the competitors. Small business is the way to go these days for the greatest service. Thank you Lawrence and the entire 123 HVAC team for making me comfortable quick and saving me money. You guys rock.

The team from 123 HVAC handled things with a boiler that failed inspection in a very timely and efficient manner working with our home warranty company, keeping us informed and doing a terrific installation of a new boiler From the front office interface to the technicians, they were a very easy company to work with and I would highly endorse recommending them to all of my friends. A very first rate operation.
