123 HVAC

On Sunday I called 123 HVAC because my rental property was having issues heating. When I called in my call went straight to a real person who answered all of my questions and got me on the schedule for later that same afternoon!! Anthony came out to my home to figure out my problem, and not only explained the issue to me but gave me multiple options after speaking with him we decided to just replace the unit and anthony got us an amazing price with amazing work! He even called me after and FaceTimed with me to show me the work as i live in Utah. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Excellent service. On time, friendly and very helpful. The issue and repairs required were thoroughly explained and quickly executed. Very neat and clean as well. Will use them again anytime my HVAC system needs attention. Well done Guys!

I had an issue with my Alpine Burnham Boiler for over a year. I had tried several contractors whom all were unable to locate the problem. I then went onto the Apline Burnham Boiler Comany's website where they list specialists in my area who work on these types of systems and got in touch with Anthony at 123 HVAC. He came to my home, both texted and called one half hour before, and worked on my system for over two hours and took care of the year long problem. It was a pleasure meeting Anthony and I'm a VERY satisfied homeowner and now customer of 123 HVAC and will have them service my system moving forward. I highly recommend them.

Good work but VERY expensive. He added a dye to my unit and charged an extra $169.48 without consulting with me first. My unit also only takes 6lbs and 4oz of refrigerant and he charged me for 7lbs.
Also had an appointment the day before between 10am and 2pm. I waited all day and he called me at 1:55pm to reschedule for the following day.

Anthony saved my life last year. Another company told me I needed to replace my entire system and then Anthony came and within 30 seconds told me it’s not the case. He changeD the capacitor that had burned out and we were up and running.
Yesterday when the air died again he was there within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and had us regoing in a half hour!
He’s the best AC man we’ve had in 35 years!

Watch out, it seems as if they move around to avoid bad reviews. They were in Mohegan Lake, Yorktown, and now in Thornwood!

Should be ZERO STARS, but page will not allow it! Made an appoint almost a week ahead of time. Had to take time from work, then they call me to get home earlier, so I get a substitute for my class and leave earlier and RUSH home. As I am waiting I get a call saying "......sorry for such short notice, but we have to cancel your appointment." I didn't let them finish, and told the person to forget it. Their loss, I was going to have $10,000 to $15,000 worth of work done. New high efficiency oil boiler, new indirect water heater, all new plumbing in the mechanical room, and two new zones added because I adding a big room/garage to the house. Sloppy and inconsiderate way to do business. My next review is going to YELP!

123 HVAC installed my whole house central air conditioning system 7 years ago. They came in at the cheapest price, did’t have one issue during the installation and haven’t had an issue in 7 years. I get it serviced once a year otherwise haven’t put any additional money into it. They also answered a middle of the night heating emergency for a family member.

This was the smoothest process. From them breaking down my needs to my system and the install of the new system and keeping me updated every step of the way. Great company and glad I get to say that I would recommend them to anyone.

Anthony was awesome! Showed up on time and fixed my boiler issue in 10 minutes where others were stumped! I'm going to used him next for my AC units!! Highly recommend!
