Had a great experience this afternoon with Choice. Kris was fantastic.. friendly fast and professional. I called them at 2pm, and by 415 he was here. 20 mins later the problem was solved. Highly recommend Choice. Will definitely return for any service needed in the future!

Choice installed and service our heating and cooling systems throughout our home in Columbia County over 20 years ago. We have appreciated their creative ideas for cooling a 200 year old home and their advice about managing all of our heating an cooling needs. They do exceptional work and are always prompt to respond to calls for repair. Their quotes and billing are always very clear and fair. The staff in the office are always very professional and helpful when scheduling service or asking questions. Thank you!!

I am totally impressed with Choice. I had signed for new A/C with another company, but saw a recommendation for Choice so decided to call. It was during a major heat wave. Choice was able to come much sooner, they were cheaper, warranty was much better. The gentleman who came to figure out what we needed, George, was wonderful - didn’t try to sell something we didn’t need. The installer, Chuck, and another guy did an amazing job! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I recently had a new AC installed by Choice. They arrived at my home exactly when they told me they would and performed quality work at a great price. Everyone, from the woman scheduling the service to the technicians at my home, were very friendly & professional. Choice will be my "go-to" for any future HVAC needs.

The guys showed up early for my AC installation (which was awesome since usually I'm waiting forever for late contractors) and worked all day in my 120 degree attic to get me set up. Their supervisor even stopped by a couple times (on a Saturday no less) to make sure things were going well. Really happy with everything so far and would recommend them!

I want to thank Choice for the great job they did replacing our 20 year old air handler. They said it would be done in one day and it was! They were courteous and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done, whether it's an install or service. The office staff is very friendly and easy to deal with as well.

We needed our AC unit replaced in our server room. We called on Choice Heating for a quote. The whole process from talking to the salesman and getting a quote, to the installation was more than anyone could hope for.

The service was outstanding. They went above and beyond of what was on their work order. They worked all day in the pouring rain and got our installation done as promised.

Owned my home for 10 years and back then the furnace was new. I never had any issues so I never had to deal with a HVAC company. A simple thermocupler is a piece of cake, I changed that many times, but this went beyond that when one of the zones stopped heating it was time to call in the pros. . I called Choice Heating and they were very prompt. When they say they will be there at 8am, they are there at 8am, when they say they are a half hour out, they are there in half hour. If only Major cable companies could be so precise. Everyone I dealt with from phone operator, billing dept. and technicians were more than polite and knowledgeable. The day came of the repair, it was early morning and I worked late the night before, so I let them in and went back to bed. When I went downstairs I noticed they had removed my light colored and expensive area rugs on the hardwood floors rather than walk all over them with dirty grungy shoes when going back and forth from the old dirty former coal basement. My home is an old Victorian home, so the basement isn't nice and clean like newer homes, my basement is like a ancient dungeon. They showed a lot of respect for my home and property by moving the area rugs and then putting them back when all done. I will highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

I have used Choice a few times over a few years for both maintenance, as well as repair, and I have been extremely happy with the customer service, fair pricing, the technician that has come to my home and the completed work.
Their communications are good with calling before showing up and updating me on parts ordered. The technician not only explained the issue but has shown how to read the error codes and given tips on maintenance and upkeep.
I would recommend them highly.

Choice replaced our central air system without a hitch, it was a time consuming job but completed on time. Workers were great and polite. After they were done you wouldn’t realize they were here great job on the cleanup.
And a big thanks to Joe Carey for guiding us with picking out the replacement system.
