I've been using Albany Mechanical Services for over a year now. They're friendly, knowledge and very thorough. They come twice a year for preventative maintenance on my furnace & A/C. Most recently they've replaced my hot water heater. Adam was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to my many emails. He was willing to accommadate me on my unusual installation request without hesitating. The job was done quickly and professionally without any issues. Great company to do business with and would highly recommend them.

Great service. Replaced my AC and furnace. Works great. They are very responsive to issues. I just had the technician, Lin, over here and he did a great job maintaining my unit and fixing a sound coming from the metal plate that covers it.

I reside in an apt development. Nick restored my heating in less than 24 hours even though there were challenges to the system. Such a nice man. Very professional.

Horrible customer service, and very unorganized. Not a company that deserves my business - I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that treats people better and is more knowledgeable.

To reply to your comment below - again, attention to detail is not something you show customers - because if you read my review above I said you do not deserve my business - so you would not see me in your client records.

This company steals customers money. when running monthly statements employees are prompted by the controller to throw out any statments in which the company owes customers money back. beware.

From there Adam and Jarred did the install in less time than expected. The process was smooth and painless. I wouldn't have known they were in my house they left it so clean.

The installation of my HVAC went smoothly and the follow up with Jeff and Jason to explain everything was top notch. They were thorough and patient, explaining how our system worked and how to best maintain it.

Albany Mechanical installed the HVAC system in our new home. We also had them install a new system in our previous home. They are always professional, on time and take care to explain the services that they provide. We have an annual maintenance contract with them. Their service representatives are always top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any heating or cooling needs.
