Jason and his team did a great job installing my AC and heating system. Jason was very responsive and professional to communicate with when coordinating the installation. The installation team were on time, incredibly professional, and especially pleasant. A pleasure to do business with.

Additionally, I maintain an annual contract with Albany Mechanical for maintaining my HVAC system. Maintenance staff are prompt and efficient and I have appreciated that they respond to issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Called on Monday to schedule a service for Wednesday. Never got a call to confirm, no one showed. Called their office around 1 pm to confirm that they would be coming by. They said I was on the board and someone would be by. No one ever did.

Edit: Called again to reschedule, tech was prompt and efficient, good service by the actual tech. Upgraded from 1 to 3.

Technicians were timely, courteous and efficient. The business staff were polite and readily answered my questions and quickly responded to maintenance needs.

It was really hot in my apartment and I could not figure out why but thankfully these guys came out and fix my AC I don't know what they did but when they left my AC was working perfect thanks again
