    We had an issue with our furnace, called First Choice at 8am. Phone picked up in 1 ring, person on the phone was professional, courteous and empathetic to our problem. Setup a same day diagnostics appointment for between 2 and 4pm. Received a call back to let us know the tech was on his way 2 hours early! Which was amazing.

    Josh came out, checked over everything with our system methodically and gave a great explanation for what he had checked over and what he felt the problem was indicative of.

    All told I'm exceptionally satisfied with my service and absolutely will be using their services again in the future.

    I called and got same day service! The service tech Nick was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to check the furnace myself and what to look for. I appreciate the service and care he provided. I would definitely refer to friends and family!

    From first call for service Mary was very helpful in scheduling service. Hayden was my service tech. He was very polite, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. He called to let me know he was on the way, & was on time. He checked everything and made sure water heater was working until a needed part could arrive. Called manufacturer to check on warranty as well. I highly recommend this company and Hayden the service tech.

    Josh was great! Figured out my strange problem, and tuned up my furnace. Heat wasn’t working when he arrived, and it’s working like a champ now. They were fast, and affordable and Josh was very knowledgeable. Will defiantly use again!

    If you buy a home with First Choice installation or maintenance work done be sure to KNOW they will not honor any warranties related to that work or equipment. Their warranties do not transfer between home owners.

    Do not have this company assist with anything tankless heating related. They quoted me almost 900 dollars more then other specialists in the area to complete a repair that they had done recently (and should of been warrantied). So if you do have them come out, make sure to shop around or they will definitely take you for a ride. Since when do HVAC related issues and mechanical problems not transfer from home owner to home owner?

    **Update to the response** What a garbage response. First, I am not Justin, you clearly treated that person poorly as well since he had a repair done within your warranty period and you didn't honor it. Second, how convenient that you do not have my information, go figure. Lastly, you should post a link to your warranty program and let your potential customers read the fine print for themselves. 4.9 score is 100% suspect of fake reviews as well. A company with a 4.9 score honors their warranty.

    I spoke with Mary in setting up an appointment. She was patient, courteous and very friendly. I had some issues with date and time but settled on on. After rethinking the date and time, I realized I should try to make a change and called Mary back. She was very gracious and helped me set up a new date and time which worked out to be the right move. Excellent customer service person.

    In addition, Josh was the service tech that came out to analyze our furnace problem. Josh was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient. He quickly discovered the problem, fixed the issue and did a maintenance check assuring me that the furnace was in very good condition. It's a great feeling when you know that your problem has been taken care of correctly. Excellent service tech.
