My husband Gus recently installed a new HVAC system in our home. We contacted Neps, for the final connection. Best choice we could have made. The technician was (ROB) he was (GTREAT) courteous, prompt, efficient and professional. Such a pleasant surprise, to receive good service with nice people. Rob was extremely friendly, courteous, on time and professional. He explained every step he took in the process he was doing to remove our clogged pipes and what caused the clog. Reasonably priced. Company offers discounts. We will be returning if there are any other plumbing issues we ever run into.

Called at 9:00 pm because my heating system was not working. After telling me the price for the emergency visit, I was offered cheaper options. After I expressed my concern about having to wait, he said “well, let me see if I can talk you through a repair over the phone.” After I told him what type of system I had, he expertly walked me through a trouble shoot and, what to him, was a simple repair. Sure enough, system started working!! Really impressive service. Would recommend Neps whole heartedly. Neps is setting the bar very high for customer service.

When a bunch of other plumbers ghosted us (even after some came out to give a quote), Neps came through for us quickly and efficiently!

Their technician, Rob, helped us with a plumbing emergency a few months back, then came through again this week for some around the house projects—including a new garbage disposal, which we’ll take very good care of. Rob was helpful and informative; we’re new home owners and don’t know much about plumbing, but it felt like we could trust Rob to give us reliable information about what we need.

Plumbing isn’t always easy to deal with, but Neps made it easier for us. We’ll call them again!

The Technician Rob was timely, professional, & answered all of my questions. Originally my hot water tank started leaking a couple of days before Christmas. First of all, the company was available! They showed up on time. Then they assessed the problem & explained why I needed a new hot water tank. Also, their cost was fair & very reasonable.
Approximately a year after the installation of the hot water tank, I thought I smelled gas. I also noticed the blue light on the hot water tank blinking. I really thought their was a problem. I called the company almost a year later, to explain my situation. Rob the technician answered the call. Rob was the same employee who installed my hot water tank originally. Once I explained the situation, Rob said he would come right over. Plus, he said their was no fee for today. The company considered it a courtesy call. Next, Rob asked me to text him my address. Then Rob stated, he would be here shortly. Rob promptly texted me back, to let me know he was on route. About 15 minutes later, I received another text from Rob, that he arrived at my house. Also note, this took place on a Sunday. After Rob did a thorough inspection on the hot water tank, he gave me good news. Their was no gas leak. Also, Rob did explain to me, what I should look for if I have any future problems with this hot water tank. I was very pleased with the way this company does business. They are very professional. I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends!

Heat stopped working on the coldest night we’ve had in weeks. Not only did Rob get to us within an hour in the middle of the night and repair our heat, but he took the time to educate us about our system. We won’t call anyone else again!

My furnace broke down on Christmas Eve and I tried calling a few other places. Either no answer or no availability. After calling NEPS, tech was here within 30 minutes. Rob was able to do a temporary fix, so we had heat again while waiting for the replacement part. Due to the distributor, he was back the next business day (Tues) and completed the replacement. Will definitely call again!

Furnace shut off on us two days before Christmas, in 15 degree weather. From the time I discovered the problem, to the time Rob fixed it, about a half hour had passed. He also showed me what the issue was and offered to walk me through the fix if it happened again. Outstanding experience.
