Rob was awesome. He installed my washer/dryer and put in heating tape on my pipes. He was quick and professional, and had no problem with going into my horrible crawl space to get the job done.

Contacted NEPS because of a leak in my water line. They set an appointment time, arrived on time, and provided text alerts when 15 minutes away and when they arrived.
Explained what was needed and repaired efficiently.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
