It was pretty scary to smell a gas leak less than 2 months after buying the house, but NEPS was fantastic. They scheduled me a few days out (Natl Grid had already shut off the gas), but were able to show up sooner if needed. Rob was fantastic and cheerfully explained his process as he quickly worked. My leak was repaired swiftly and I learned enough that I could make a *SIMPLE* repair myself in a pinch... although I'd probably feel more confident just giving them a call if/when the next issue comes up. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, but happy to oblige for a great company!

Neps was the only service I could get to come out on Christmas for a hot water heater emergency. I called almost every service in the Capital Region. Robert was out there within 2 hours during the holiday. Robert brought experience and could not have been more fair with the price of the repair.

NEPS has been doing work on my home for the past few years. Technicians are always professional, on time and text when they’re on the way, arrived, and done with the job. Robert has done work for me on multiple occasions and has been more than willing to explain the whole process while doing the work. Reasonably priced professional service. I had no luck with our own fueling company to get a technician to help us with our furnace. I called Neps and they gave me a two hour window of someone to come help us out on the SAME DAY. Needless to say Robert came to our rescue in less than a half hour. He even fixed the problem with in less than a half hour. We have heat running through the house and we couldn’t be any happier.
