The infamous Rob strikes again. In all seriousness, he's knowledge, efficient, and quite personable. We'll be sure to give him a shout the next time we encounter an issue.

The 5 stars are because our issue required 2 visits within as many days. On the morning of day 2, Rob stopped by our house on the way to work as our heating was not working. He fixed the issue and came back later that day to complete the job. Furthermore, he called the 3rd day and ensured everything was working well. That's someone who takes ownership over their job!

Rob came quickly and was willing to take on a rather old plumbing situation, which could have turned into a big deal. Came when he said he would and took care of the problem. Would recommend them as reliable and prompt. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, but I had another estimate that was even more! Drains were unplugged and all was in order within 24 hours of calling.

Rob just left. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and an asset to this company. Work was completed quickly, efficiently and without any issues.
NEPS as a company was a able to get us scheduled within a day of our call, even during a time when they are running around crazy. Thank you very much!!!

Something was wrong with furnace and pipes was frozen
The technician came over already looked rushed. Talking with him over the phone , he mentioned a few times that we are so busy . Based on that sounded like that he was looking for reason not to do any work that day. On top of that he called codes and National grid to shot down gas .... The same day I hired different company who finished the job in four hours.
Talking to technicians who fixed the problems and code inspector, NEPS should not be calling codes and National grid for something like that....
Please do yourself favor and dont hire NEPS to do any job....

Had a zone heating issue and called NEPS, based upon the positive reviews by other customers. The positive reviews were spot on. Rob was above outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. The cost was reasonable and well worth it. I will recommend NEPS to anyone who has a need for their services.

I called Neps for an estimate to fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom. I was immediately connected with a live professional plumber on the phone and told him my problem. He asked me to send him a few pictures of what wasn't working, which I did. Within 15 minutes he told me what he thought the problem was and sent me a youtube video of how I could fix it myself. My bf was able to go to home depot to get the parts we needed to fix the faucet and it was back to normal within an hour. They saved us at least a few hundred dollars. Great customer service, and I would refer anyone to them!

8:53 pm on a very cold night and Rob just left our house after we had plumbing issues today. He diagnosed the problem, very thorough and professional. We would highly recommend him and Northeast Property to anyone who is need of a honest and excellent contractor. His employer is lucky to have him. Thanks again - Cindy and Jim
