Mario was a very conscientious, respectful, impatient man, was much appreciated, and has in my opinion much knowledge. We would have you come again I would like to know do you do yearly maintenance once a year, if so we'll be calling you again for that next year. Thank you again.

This guy is a total jerk.... stay away.... has no manners and is rude....he cursed at me on the phone when i called to set up an appointment...... he needs a enema.......

On12/7/16, I called AA Best Choice and was given an expected service arrival time. I had already called several others who could not give me an approximate arrival time. Then Chris O. called to say he would be available earlier, if I liked. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate before leaving to pick up needed parts. To make this short, I can't tell you how impressed I was with Chris. He keep me in the loop the entire time, explained what happened and why I needed this repair. He was super professional and he brightened my day. Outstanding Job Chris! Way to Go! Thank You!

Rick at AA Best Choice has serviced our A/C unit and Furnace for over 11 years! Our A/C unit went out on the HOTTEST day of the summer and Rick made sure he fit us into the schedule even after a very long grueling day. I will never forget that. AA Best Choice has always been professional, flexible, prompt, reasonably priced and honest. We will never go anywhere else.

Bill was awesome. He fixed the water heater and and then the furnace for me. He explained to me what he was doing to the furnace, and why, so that I understood how a boiler works. He was also very neat and he cleaned up after himself. Can't say enough about the work he did for me. Thanks Bill.

The guys that installed my new furnace and air conditioner were very polite and took the time, even though the were very busy, to explain certain things and answer all my questions. I would recommend this company to anybody!!!!!

Called to fix heating and they came out in time that was appropriate he diagnosed problem quickly and then let me know about repairs . Then when it was time to pay tried charging me ridiculous fees and would not give me an itemized bill just said repairs are estimated . Bad business and I will let better bbb know of how you try and run this business . O and repairman don’t answer questions you have to call some owner named Alex he makes the estimated prices supposedly. Never again and I will tell everyone else in business world not to work with your company .

We were very impressed with the service we received from AA Best Choice Heating and Cooling. Bill was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also worked with Chris and Jarrod who were great as well! The company takes the time to earn your trust- we appreciated that!

Bill always does an outstanding job with any repairs that I need. He answers all my repair questions, and I will be asking for him specifically this spring for to tune up my central air unit. Once again great job Bill.
