RH Heating & A/C LLC

On 6/723 - I had a Bosch Heat Pump installed - to replace my excising and aged & failing AC system. I am very pleased with the selection as it will not only act as a AC but also provide heat when the temperature warrants and allowing the use of furnace during the real cold months. The installation was only half a day. They explained what they were going to do and communicated and answered any of my questions upon completion. - I am very satisfied customer - I initially met the team back in the fall of 2020 with Fred - Mike and Brandon. They had done such a great job then and with all my service needs - tune - up's etc.. That I didn't hesitate to go with them again. They have a new team member - Josh and he also has much experience and is a great fit to a well operated efficient operation. I look forward to many more years working with them and if you are looking to have a new furnace/AC and service - I would highly recommend them. Overall they do great work, clean up thoroughly and are priced fair and reasonable.

I have used R&H numerous times, and they are awesome. I trust them and they are extremely responsive. Our heat was out when we got up this morning and it's 18 degrees outside. I called them at 5:30 a.m., they responded by 6, and a technician was here at 9. The problem was solved, the price was fair, and they were done in an hour. Can't recommend them enough!

Fred is always amazing to work with. I have a few rental properties and have used Fred and his company serval times and not once have been disappointed. They installed brand new units for both ac and furnace and everything turned out amazing and at a great price. One of the best prices in the area actually. I did happen to have a furnace stop working at one of my units and Fred responded right away. Helped diagnose the issue over the phone and got it taken care of same day, on a Holiday! My old central air unit seen its days after almost 40years of service so I called RH heating & air, Fred the owner came out and after looking at my old Air conditioning unit we both new it was time to replace he told me about a heat pump from Bosch that does both heating and air conditioning after talking awhile I decided to go with the heat pump, just had it installed yesterday,works excellent so far and it supposed to be very highly efficient for both heating and air conditioning, Fred said the heating on the heat pump can be used until the real cold weather comes around maybe December thru early March when you can use the furnace and than start using the heat pump again, excellent service from Fred, his brother Mike & the rest of the crew they also did new cold air return ductwork, humidifier and air filter unit with filters 25” x 16” x 5” thick, I can’t say enough about this small but very efficient company hard working and very knowledgeable team, also cash credit from We energies and a nice size tax credit for 2023 , this company I would Very Highly recommend..

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel the need to with this company so everyone knows how amazing they are. Nowadays it’s very rare to find companies like this, and when you do, you need to let everyone know. They are Extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and very personable. They explained everything to me and didn’t gouge us. To top it off they do an excellent job cleaning up afterwards, which I can say from experience most do not.

We had our old air conditioning unit replaced with a heat pump. The service was very professional and efficient.

Guys- there is a reason this place has a 5 star rating on google. I cannot recommend this company enough! My husband called when our furnace went out and someone was at our house in less than 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, temporarily fixed it and scheduled an appointment for the repair for 3 days later. The man was so knowledgeable and kind. Again we are so so impressed! Will DEFINITELY be using them for anything in the future!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I love my new furnace and whole house humidifier. They were professional friendly and did an excellent job all around. I did a lot of research for different companies and I'm glad I picked these guys. You can tell that they took a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommended!
