Very good service, immediate response when called for service. Fast and professional installation, service men were good guys with focused work ethic and great attitudes. Installation was fast and trouble free. I will be using them again for fall furnace check ups. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to share with you the most excellent experience I had with A-1 Heating and cooling. I called Mike and he said he would be out to my house with in a hour and he arrived as promised. Mike gave me an estimate with explanation of pricing and warranties. I called him back and ask him when can he put the new furnace in and do a tune up on our AC . Mike said tomorrow between 8am and 9 am. The guys were here between that time and installed the new furnace and did the AC tune up within 2.5 hours! The workers were friendly and nice. They cleaned the area up real good. Highly recommend!

Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Gave us what we needed and was very honest and did not upswell us on something that was not needed, very nice to deal with. The 2 young men he sent over to do the job were very nice, professional and neat. They got the job done quickly and we are very pleased! Thank you!!

I just wanted to share with you the most excellent experience I had with A-1 Heating and cooling.
My mother-in-law's oil furnace went out. She's in her 80's and was panicked when it went out. I called several places early this morning, of which most either didn't answer or didn't work on oil furnaces.
I called A-1 since they're close to home (10th and Milwaukee). When I called they said they'd be there around 11-3pm (towards the end of the day and by the airport). Mike showed up, diagnosed the problem right away and got her up and running. I couldn't be any happier.
Excellent service, great customer and personal skills. And he (Mike) managed to talk my mother-in-law (which I've been trying to do for years) to switch from an old 20+yr old oil furnace to natural gas. He could have charged us a bunch for a Saturday emergency service call yet didn't. Totally honest and trustworthy company.

I had a good experience with A-1 Milwaukee Heating and Cooling. They were very professional, answered the phone right away, had the best price-to-service ratio, gave me their insurance and license information. They showed up and did a good job and afterwords I put a level on top of the water heater and it was level the first time. They had good customer service during the entire process.

Mike was very friendly and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He let me know when he would call me in the morning and he called at that exact time and arrived exactly when he said.
