The two technicians were incredibly professional and friendly. They expertly examined our strange situation with our air conditioner. They could have run our bill up big time with different services, but instead tried a few 'no cost' solutions that were easiest to try first. And... those worked! Leaving us very happy (and cool) and with a very low bill.

I arrived home on a Sunday afternoon to find that my water heater had failed. The team was here in less than 1.5 hours. They assessed the issue quickly, and took the time to answer every question I had. Once they determined that I would need a new water heater, they were fast to offer timeframes for the service, and a quote that was very reasonable. They wound up being able to complete the replacement THAT DAY. I had been so worried that I'd have to miss work to get this issue fixed, and they were done in less than 3 hours. They also took the time to show me where my water shut-off valve is, which was in an odd spot in my home (I'm a fairly new home owner). So glad I worked with this team, i could not recommend more highly. They'll be my go-to for all things heating and cooling in the future.

On December 23, 2022, I woke up to a freezing house, no heat, frosted windows, as extreme cold temperatures blanketed the area. The referral I received from a neighbor was non-responsive, so I searched Thumbtack and Google and found Fast Air LLC. Marty was the technician on-call, I received a call back right away, he quoted the price of the service call and gave me an estimated time of arrival as he was on another job. Once he arrived he was very efficient, completing his analysis and repair within an hour. He was very honest in explaining what went wrong and charged a fair price. Fast Air LLC did not take advantage of the weather and price gouge its customers, a sign of integrity. They are now the new “go to” guys for any HVAC related problems me or my neighbors may have in the future. Efficient, reliable, and honest. Great service!

They did a wonderful job for us. Scheduling was easy. They were very responsive and communicative. We had Marty out to do the work and he did a great job. He was very nice and very knowledgeable, we had had him fix some Nest thermostat and zoning issues we had. He also did a full check and tuning of our furnace. And most importantly, he hooked up our gas for an outdoor firepit. I would highly recommend using this company!!

Our heat went out on a Sunday and Fast Air was out here right away. The heater was fixed within 3 hours of our initial call! Wow!! Prices are very fair and the technicians were able to replace a bad sensor with one they already had in the truck. Highly recommend to save time and money!!

Had a great experience! Thankful I gave them a call. I originally called another company, and they quoted me a ridiculous amount to replace a flame sensor.... I called Fast Air from a recommendation from my contractor, and they took one look and said it was just dirty, cleaned it up and got my furnace back working. Thank you!
