Fantastic service! We needed our ducted mini-splits cleaned so we can prepare to use the heating aspect of the system. Premier Cleaning worked around our store hours and the technicians worked diligently.

Premier Cleaning was the right choice. We have three print shops and they all needed their ducts badly cleaned. They guys were efficient and very thorough.Will be recommending them and keeping them in mind for the next project.

These guys are life savers. My ac went out in the middle of a heat wave. They responded within minutes and came the very same day, even though it was late for them. Super knowledgeable, professional and polite. I’m glad I called them for an emergency because I’ll be using them for any of my ac/boiler needs going forward. Thank you so so much!

Overpriced and poor service. They dumped my old PTAC in front if the construction site next to my building. Upon calling them to have them to come back and remove it, they just suggested I ask my super to do something about it (I don't have a super) or call 311. I also got a quote for the same PTAC model to replace another unit in my apartment and it was $1500 less than what I paid them. Highly recommend finding a different provider.

They did the cleaning for my AC, but the AC started leaking water when we turned it on right after the cleaning. It is really hard for me to believe that it was a coincidence! My floor was buckled because of the leaking. I called them several times, but they refused to fix the problem for free. They insisted that this was not their fault with no reason! VERY disappointing service!!

Few days ago I started feeling some bad smell out of my chimney and called Premier for help. The guys did the camera inspection and found a dead racoon in there!!! It was horrible and I never though I would have deal with something like that…
After few hours they finally cleaned all the staff out and installed a chimney cap, because I didn’t have one before. They did another camera inspection after work was completed, to make sure it’s all gone and only then they left. I felt really safe working with them because they know very well what they are doing.

needed the air ducts cleaned in my grocery store. Premier cleaning did a great job and their price was fair. They did arrive 45 minutes, next time give a warning)! Good job overall.

Called them for a chimney sweep and they did such a good job that i got air duct cleaning done as well. A little bit more expensive than expected but the work was fantastic. Would recommend them again.
