Premier came to fix Fujitsu mini split unit in my studio and did an excellent job. My AC was acting up for a couple weeks and I needed somebody to take a look and repair it. Technician came on time, troubleshooted and fixed the issue on the spot. Their office stuff was very responsive and updated me on everything along the way. Professional and high quality service!

Came back to my apartment with a busted radiator and water leaking everywhere. Premier HVAC was very understanding of my situation and was able to help me immediately getting people out to me the day of.

From their dispatch to the project manager they were very kind and helping through this unfortunate situation providing excellent customer service and follow up calls to ensure my situation was resolve quickly to mitigate any more damage.

I would confidently recommend this service to anyone who has emergencies that need quick and immediate solutions. I really want to thank these guys for helping me through this time.

These guys came the same day I called them which was clutch for me. I had a small boiler that my usual plumber told me I had to replace. Premier came and repaired my boiler in 30 min for under 800 dollars. I’m happy they kept me from spending 10K plus on a new boiler I absolutely didn’t need.

PREMIER provided boiler repair for my house as well as AC maintenance for my mini-split units. They did great job with a coil cleaning, checked my boiler for proper operation, and everything works perfect now. I highly recommend their services, i will definitely reach out to them next time. Wow. I can’t believe how lucky I got with premier hvac. So it’s likes 500 degrees outside and my air conditioner starts to leak on my head. Like it started to rain in my house from the unit while I was eating plof which is a rice dish with carrots and shot rib. It’s delicious. The air conditioning water didn’t make it taste worse but it made it a lil bit soggy. That’s when I got really mad and said something has to be done. I called a bunch of places and they all told me to get an umbrella or a rain coat cuz they can only be at my place in a few days. I told them by that time the plof won’t be good anymore but they didn’t care. After making 50 phone calls and finally stumbling upon premier. I spoke to a person by the name of Boris who was very helpful and troubleshooted the problem with me over the phone until they got to my place to save me from the heat and save my plof. Boris had explained that the leak of water was coming from the unit itself and the best thing to do is to turn it off and wait for them to arrive. I listened to him and shut down the unit immediately. I continued to eat my plof and waited for them. They arrived within 2 hours right before I died from a heat stroke. They repaired the unit after one of premiers technicians preformed CPR on me. I was really dying of a heat stroke. After I came back to life. My ac was working fine. I paid the gentleman and gave them some leftover plof to take with them. 5 star review for the service and 10 star review for bringing me back to life. Thanks y’all

Very helpful technicians who quickly diagnosed and repaired a leaking drain line on one of my AC units. Customer support was also great. Maria and Boris were both very helpful and remembered my house even though the install was done by another company. Wish the previous owners went with Premier HVAC for the install but I will be using them for all service and repairs going forward and if we need to replace our system in the future I know who we will use! Highly recommend!

I called Premier HVAC for an emergency repair of my heating system on a very cold night, well after regular business hours. Boris and Slava responded immediately and were able to diagnose the problem. This issue was fixed immediately and my heating system was operational that night. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. They explained the problem to me and helped me understand how to maintain my system so this problem does not happen again. I will definitely be using Premier HAVC for all of my future HVAC needs.

Premier HVAC has been very good to us and more than fairly priced. I got three estimates to replace our HVAC and there’s was the overall best deal.
I was relieved because they were the responsive of the companies I’ve used and now they come twice a year for maintenance at my request.
Today I called with a problem and they were here within a few hours! Very impressed with the company and satisfied.
