I needed to get my dryer vent cleaned because my dryer was hardly drying. I live in Midwood and was looking to get this done right. I have three kids making this very important to me. Premier cleaning sent out a great technician out to me for a better price then the guy my building recommended using. Overall job well done. They will be coming back next year at a 10 percent discount.

Really good dryer vent cleaning service. Got a crew to come out the same day which was great. Boris and his helper did made sure to clean up all the lint after they were finished and explained to me what i can do to keep the dryer vent clean. Very pleased with the job they did!

Needed a fresh air vent installed in my boiler room. This hive needed to be inspected and filed with DOB. These guys were able to do this and get violation removed in the matter of 4 days! Definitely my go-to, highly recommend their services.

Calling premier was a great decision for us. They were very prompt and professional. The only complaint I have is it took them 3 days to produce a proposal for me. Other than that their workmanship is amazing. Really glad I decided to give them a call

Had some issues with my trane central air unit. Called premier and had a technician at my house before the end of the day. The service was seamless and professional. The guys fixed my unit for under 450 dollars ( received quotes from other guys for over $2000). Best part of the service was the fact that the guys were very genuine and extremely HONEST!! Thanks a bunch for taking care of me.

What can I say, I was clueless. Boris not only did an amazing job but he also took the time to explain everything with detailed information. I had 4 systems and Boris was the first company I called that was kind and very professional wich made me very comfortable. I explained to him that I had no knowledge of the procedure or how much it would cost. After a short chat I called a few other companies and I realized that out of all the companies Boris was the only one who didn't try to take advantage, all the other companies gave me outrageous prices. Boris was very professional and honest every step of the way, he gave me a fantastic quote and he did an exceptional job. I definitely recommend Boris and premier duct cleaning to anyone and everyone who needs any work done! Thank you Boris!!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. The positive reviews must have been written by their friends and family. After charging a huge amount just to give an estimate , they came for exactly 5 minutes and threw out wild guesses on what was causing our hot water tank to shut off. I paid them and they gave me no receipt. I called for a receipt and an explanation of how the problem could be solved - I got neither. Save your time and money.

My dryer stopped working and after having multiple repair guys over my dryer still wasn't working. Called premier to clean my dryer vent and they did a fantastic job. Cost me half the price of what I paid to the appliance repair guys. Will be using their service again.

These guys did a really good job on my broken boiler from the 50’s. Other “professionals” said they would do the job right but ended up messing it up more. I called Boris at premier hvac and he got the job done efficiently and guaranteed that the job was done right and it wouldn’t give me any more problems. And he was right everything is back to normal.
