I wouldn’t recommend this place. Similar to another review, they charged me over $1k for 3 hours of diagnosis. They take their sweet time to dust your air conditioner filter to kill time when that isn’t even the problem. The problem wasn’t fixed after a week. I called them to figure out next steps. They said they’d call me back next day and never did. I ended up replacing my entire HVAC unit.

Wow just wow. While the tech guys were here I heard from the owner multiple times. Then after they left I never heard from them again and saw a charge for over $2000+ on my Amex statement. This was NEVER approved and the owner ghosted me. On top of that, the FUJITSU units are in worse shape than before, they are not working at all and blinking. This company is completely fraud !!

I contacted Premier last week to take care of the Fujitsu split unit that had a problem where the evaporator was leaking water.
They quoted a price of $295.00 for the service. I asked if this is the total cost. I was told that it is unless the service takes more than one hour. I agreed with cost. The next day I got an email with an invoice of $511.71. I called the company complaining that the original cost was quoted at $295.00. She promised to talk to the owner and get back to me but never did.
My advice to readers either avoid this company or deal with them with ironclad contracts in writing.

As it always does, Premier HVAC responded within a few hours to a problem with my AC unit cooling properly. They diagnosed the problem, made temporary repair and returned in a couple of days to install a replacement part. They checked with me to be sure that I was comfortable in the enduring heat wave. Slava was professional and efficient and explained well the problem to me.
It is always a pleasure to do business with Premier HVAC. They are totally reliable and helpful.

Premier's service was professional from the start. The person on the phone gave us something we could do to help the situation while we were waiting. Our technician was very professional.... knowledgeable & friendly. He knew what to do & got 'er done! We are planning to use Premier's to replace our unit this fall.

AC not cooling last night. Called Premier 8:20 am, Allen arrived 9:35 and replaced capacitor, cleaned AC and performed maintenance. Allen was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very pleased with the quick response. I wasn't a previous client but am now!

I contacted Premier HVAC after calling 7 other HVAC companies in Brooklyn and Queens, none of whom were available for days or simply didnt pick up or return my calls. Premier was professional and detailed, explaining their process and what to expect over the coming hours. They were able to accommodate an appointment same day. They kept in constant contact with me and my tenant regarding the appointment, even when they were running slightly behind due to a previous appointment.

Once they arrived, they were quick and professional, fixing the broken heating system within an hour. The technician gave me a very thorough breakdown of what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and recommendations of what to do to maintain the system. I was very pleased about the service, professionalism, and cost. I plan on using them again if I have a problem in the future.

Rey from Premier was very professional and answered all my questions. I called another heating and air place and they never called me back, Premier did and it was on a holiday as well. Definitely would recommend them.
