James and his team did a fantastic job! He met and beat a competitor’s pricing. They worked with us regarding condenser and unit placement and they made it happen even though it required additional work. There was also a minor issue and the responded and resolved immediately. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have mini-splits installed. They truly care about customer satisfaction.

I had received two other quotes from other companies and this company was timely/precise/professional and followed up when they said they would. They came in did a great job/cleaned up/discussed everything what they did. I would recommend them over and over. Thank you to the entire staff to making this happen for my family and I. James was helpful along the route on getting the entire house installed the with split-unit system. The quote was clear, affordable, and better than what we received from other contractors. On install day, the installers arrived on time and installed all 5 units in one day, and cleaned up after the job was done. 5/5

My husband and I recently had 6 mini splits installed throughout our house. I am more than happy with Always on HVAC. James and his team are so professional, neat and fast. The entire installation took one day! We now have AC & Heating units which I must say heat up our home nicely and quietly. Our splits were placed perfectly around the home and I couldn't be happier with the equipment. It heats up my two floors and basement nicely. Highly recommend Always on HVAC.

I got several estimates before I hired James at Always On. James was not the cheapest, but he made me feel confident with his demeanor and solid knowledge of heat pumps. Some of the other salesman were "pushy", and I appreciated James's low key demeanor.
The installation was wonderful! His crew came in and finished the job in one long day. They were very clean, and tested all the equipment before they left. I can heartily recommend James Grech and Always on HVAC.
