They texted me when they were on there way and when they arrived they were very professional They Inspected the Furnace and The Hot Water Tank they said everything was running great and I thanked them I was very satisfied with there work.

Serviceman arrived early for all day appointment. Polite and professional, answers all questions understandably.

I just had my heating system replaced and am very pleased. The technician was on time thorough and got the job done and explained to me in terms I could understand. Will continue to use this service and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Louis and Collins provides excellent customer service in regards to fixing my heater. Not only did they solve my heating issue but they explained the cause. They also took the time to make sure that the heat was circulating through my home. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with them as well as the customer service representative. Never felt rushed and all my needs were met. Happy customer.

Heatspan installed my system a few years ago and their reccomendations immediately gave me savings on my bill. They have been servicing my units and have a professional service team. Frank is the best.

*RED ALERT* Scheduled basic maintenance on 3-4 year old steam boiler. I was given time window of 9 AM-3PM. Two employees of this company arrived at 5 PM. I was informed of multiple issues. One boiler is completely carbonized. Two I need new return pipes (only in basement). My boiler needs three treatments (they didn’t flush the water). My water heater (one year old). needs to be upgraded with extra safety valves and components. They sprayed WD40 all over the boiler unit. Turned it and the WD40 combusted. They claimed my boiler is gone. They took apart the burners and claimed they are defectively installed. My advise, stay away from this company. They are crooks and liars. They may have intentionally damaged my boiler. They also hated me watching over them. They really tried me to buy their service plan. I am getting second opinion and thorough inspection done this week. Will update the review.

Update #1: I have found no evidence of carbonized boiler. Found point of ignition. Seems like they sprayed WD40 in one spot. Be very careful with these crooks. I will be reporting them. They might one day burn someone’s house down or worse.

Update #2: The workers sabotaged the electrical system. Explains why they left it off. Electrical was working fine before their arrival and during their stay.

Update #3: Boiler is running fine after my through maintenance.

In conclusion, this company should be blacklisted and investigated by the city. Do not hire them for any service.
