Lighthouse HVAC

I bought a mini split and they installed it. Great work but get a quote first! Over billed on hours significantly. The lead tech was very knowledgeable and did great work. It was a two part job. Day one, was a few hours with the lead tech coming out. Second part and day, the lead had a new guy to the company and working in the field. and that was the issue…. Ended up paying labor for both at the same rate and it took quit a bit longer because of the training. Also, hours did not add up at all … so just be advised.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest weeks of the year. We called summers and they came out the next day and we determined that my current ac system wasn’t worth repairing. They came out the same night to show us multiple options for new units and came out the next day to Install the new unit. I couldn’t ask for a more professional and accommodating company. It really felt like they went out of their way to make me feel like a friend rather than just another customer. I’d like to give a big thanks to Slava and Ray for their professional attitudes and work. My house has never been colder.

My AC went out over the weekend, which is always a nightmare. Allen came out first thing Monday morning and was able to diagnose the issue within an hour. Part was ordered and he was able to come back the next morning to do the repair! Back up and running with no issues, very satisfied with the service!! Allen was very helpful making sure the repair could accommodate my work schedule as well making sure the part was available to complete the repair the next day. Did not have to even take any time off of work. Would definitely recommend!!

A/C went out and after researching, reviews called the emergency line. I was informed a tech would contact me shortly. The tech, Ray, was finishing a job and could be over in an hour. He was on time and very professional. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue. Overall fantastic service and experience.

I has whole HVAC system installed 4 days ago, 1 day after installation I had an issue of not being able to turn the system off. I a trouble call in and was able to get them to come out next day. Slava, was a professional technician, he can called to let me know he was in route and gave me a eta, when he arrived he had his mask on with boot covers in hand. He listened to the issues I was having, he accessed the system and began to fix the problems, When he was finished he asked what temp I want the house to be set too and explained all that was wrong and what he had to fix.

Slava was early for his appointment, and called to make sure it was ok if he came early. He explained what I needed to know and answered all my questions while performing my repair very efficiently. I have come to expect a high level of service from experiences and Slava definitely exceeded my expectations!

We were closing on a house we were selling and we needed some ductwork to be replaced. We couldn't get anyone out during the 3 weeks before our closing date. They were able to fit our small job in and got us taken care of in the amount of time quoted and for the exact amount quoted.

Boiler and hot water heater needed replacement. I ended up giving lighthouse a shot after dealing with a bunch of unqualified companies. At first they charged for an estimate which made me think twice, but you get what you pay for... they presented me with a piping diagram and got the entire project completed in two days. Ide highly recommended to friends and family.

Excellent company with great heating and cooling technicians. They repaired my furnace and installed new central air system for us. We used window units for a long time and finally have central air! Glad we reached out to lighthouse!

Very professional service with friendly service. Only complaint is I had an AC issue a few weeks ago when I called to get service the quickest they could get to me was 4 days later. Had to call around and got same day service elsewhere. For regular maintenance, these guys are great.
