Awesome experience with Lighthouse. My furnace broke down in the dead of winter. I have a small child so fast response and competence is important for me. From booking my appointment to getting my furnace inspected, and repaired the process was seamless. Glad to see some service based companies sticking to the basics of service. Price wasn’t the cheapest.

Very professional staff. I was pleased with how accommodating these guys were when quoting my boiler unit. I called several companies and none of them made me feel as comfortable as Boris and his team. They were very professional from A to Z. Highly recommend these young guys to anyone looking for outstanding quality service.

Our hvac unit kept dripping on our neighbors floor. We ended up calling lighthouse and they came next day. It turns out our condensate pump died and needed to be replaced. It was replaced same day and the leak stoped. They were even able to patch up the damaged Sheetrock at my neighbors house for a great price.

I’ve been having non stop problems with my heating system. I called it a “furnace” but the gentleman on the phone corrected me and told me it’s a boiler with radiators. They dispatched a technician same day and found the problem. It was just a failed safety which wasn’t an expensive repair. Happy with their response time, and honesty.

Trustworthy and professional service. We needed a boiler repair as soon as possible and they were able to send technician for an emergency service. Frank did a very good job and solved the issue with the boiler.

When my friend recommended me Premier I called them right away, because my bathroom exhaust was very dirty and when I tried to wiped it out it didn’t help. Two technicians did the job and showed me how much debris I had in there… People, clean your ducts on the regular!
