Fantastic HVAC installers! We had a set of four mini splits that needed to be installed quickly to work around our contractor’s schedule. Not only did they give us a fair quote, but they also were able to start working the next day — professional and easy to work with. Can’t recommend highly enough! Looking forward to a cooler summer once our studio is up and running 🙂

Lol…just called this business and the gentleman that picked up practically told me he didn’t want my business. I asked if they performed routine maintenance on ductless systems and he questioned where I purchased and had the units installed initially. It’s been 6-7 years since we’ve had our Daikin ductless system installed and was honest in telling him that I don’t believe the retailer is even around anymore.

He proceeds to ask why I want to have the units serviced and I told him that it’s been years since we’ve had them installed and have never had maintenance performed. He tells me it’s not necessary and that Daikin is a very reliable brand. While I don’t doubt the reliability of Daikin, I’d still like to be proactive and have maintenance performed along with cleaning just to maintain the longevity of the system but he keeps questioning why.

In order to simplify my reasoning, I compared it to taking your car in for routine maintenance, multi point inspections, oil changes etc. At which point he tells me it’s not a car and doesn’t require oil changes. I realized then that I was speaking to a wall and just hung up.

The man was rude. He did not take time to understand the customer.
I did not post a fake review. He hung up twice on the hvac mechanic. He was unfamiliar with the material and came off frustrated when he couldn't understand what was being asked of him. You were not on the phone so to say I posted a fake review is exactly how valid your customer service is. Talk to your staff and update them on the material they are selling. The mechanic reached out to you trying to give local business a try instead of a larger distributer. Furthermore, realign your structure and core value. Then realize how ridiculous you sound to a customer who had a raw experience with your "qualified and informed" staff.

Low installed a full home system with 5 air handlers. He met with my family several times before and listened to all of our needs and installed the system quickly and cleanly. Everything works as promised. Zero complaints.
