I have 2 service contracts with them and they wanted to charge me $3000.00 to replace a water heater. Home depot and Lowes doesn't charge that much. This water heater was a low boy. I paid 1,000 for the water heater at a local plumbing supply store and got a Plumber to install for $500.00. 😡

I absolutely loved my experience with Heat Span. They were extremely professional. They responded in a very fast manner. Their office staff was extremely polite and helpful. Their technicians that came out to my house to clean my boiler were very thorough and explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. They were very respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Hands down, the best around. I use to use HomeServe but the only thing they ever served in my home was a very BIG BILL. They couldn't compete with Heatspans Customer Service, Pricing, Service Technicians, and After Installation Maintenance. They were safe, respectful, and clean. Even kept their Mask and Gloves on and was mindful to keep social distancing. Consummate Professionals I recommend them to everyone. Gave me back the trustworthy feeling of a Family run company.

I've been using Heatspan for the cleaning and service of my boiler for years. When the boiler gave out about 4 years ago, Heatspan installed a new one for me. I now have a service contract with them. The new boiler has worked fine, and the price was competitive.

What I like best about Heatspan is that they show up! If you have an appointment, they come on time. If you have a problem, they come the same day--even if it's a Sunday. The monthly fee for the contract is very reasonable, and it includes cleaning, turn on, and shut off service. The people are pleasant, and they do a great job.
