I had the pleasure of meeting with Troy when I reached out when my furnace started blowing cold air, he was able to diagnose what the issue was almost immediately. He was attentive, engaging and even gave my nephew a few life lessons and wise words. I will certainly be calling him back to install my new furnace when I'm ready. He's the real deal. No B.S.

T&T Cooling is the best company around. Troy and his workers are the best and most reliable people I have dealt with. I had an HVAC system that was flooding and Troy came out late at night to take a look. He found the problem and explained it to me so that I knew what the issue was. He stayed late into the evening going over what we would need to do and explained it all so my wife and I would understand. It was very nice that he stayed on his own time till we had an understanding.

He came back out the next day nice and early to start work on my HVAC system. The job that he and his team did was amazing. They fixed the leak, cleaned and sanitized the entire system, and make it look brand new. Once they were done it was like the system was brand new. The central air makes the house nice and cold.

At the same time we had to have the hot water heater replaced and Troy and his crew did an outstanding job. The people with the warranty company were giving Troy such headaches and kept giving him the runaround. But Troy came out on top and didn’t let those bad people from the warranty company stop him from getting the parts and heater he needed for us. He was able to get the job done for us and it came out great.

I am so glad I found Troy and his company T&T Cooling and Heating. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I look forward to using them again in the future. Thank you again !!!

I paid him to fix the boiler and it still broke again. He came back , broke my thermostat, I heard it break and heard him aak his partner for tape, he taped it then got a nasty attitude when I pointed it out. I called someone else. NEVER AGAIN.

Troy and his company were phenomenal...not only did I get same day service on replacing a hot water heater, the service was courteous and professional. Troy and his guys were punctual, courteous and worked quickly. The price was reasonable and the outcome was beyond my expectations!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

The beginning of summer is always sweltering. The first person I called was the most reliable AC guy I know, Troy, and he installed a unit so efficiently and quickly. Now, I’m comfortable in the cool and ready for the rest of summer. I highly recommend saving the company’s number in your phone. Had an old ac unit and shorted out circuit board Troy was able to replace the parts efficiently and provided good service. He also came back few days later after he already received payment to fix wiring and now my system is working properly.

I had an excellent experience with Troy of T and T Cooling and Heating Company. We did not have any heat in our condominium apartment for almost four days. After I contacted Troy, he called me right back. He spent almost 3 days defrosting the frozen furnace pipes. The thermostat went down to a low of 37 and we were almost frozen. Because of him coming over to the apartment so much and slowly defrosting the furnace pipes we now have heat. On behalf our family, we deeply appreciate all the hard work that he did until we finally had heat. I would definitely recommend him for your heating needs.
