When we moved into our house, we contacted Ace Commercial Heating and Cooling since that is who the previous homeowners used. It's been a great experience and we really like being on their maintenance plan. Very knowledgeable offering us tips to properly use and care for our system, which they have historical records of since they've serviced it.

Our air conditioning unit stopped operating on the afternoon of the first day of 100 degree temperatures this year. We chose Ace Commercial Heating & Cooling and couldn't have been happier. The owner returned our call early the next morning and was actually at our home within 3 hours. He fixed the problem, gave us some good advice on future servicing and was just a very pleasant person to be around. We will definitely use them for any future AC or heating problems.

My technician was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Although I have my unit regularly serviced, it had apparently not been cleaned in a long time, if ever, and my tech showed me evidence of this in pics he had taken. Because a full cleaning was required, I know that he spent far longer than would be expected with a regular general maintenance visit. I sincerely appreciate his unhurried approach, as well as his assurance at the end of his visit that my unit was clean and in tip-top shape.

Ace Commercial Heating and Cooling was quick to respond and thorough in explaining all the options from repair to replacement. My new furnace I very nice and efficient in its functionality. I am highly satisfied with the service and will work with them again.

My furnace broke down a few days ago and I called Ace Commercial Heating & Cooling for troubleshooting. The technician came within 2 hours, and he had the work finished. I appreciate their help and honesty. A wonderful company with reliable technicians. Fully recommended!

Know that they will charge you $350 for a service call fee or $300 for a year membership before they even come out to your house. This does not cover any of the actual repairs, parts & labor. Those are charged additionally after they visit. I was charged almost another $300 and the issue wasn't even fixed. I had to call for the repairman to come back the next day to actually rectify the situation.

We had used a couple of different companies, every year we needed more. We've now been with Ace Commercial Heating & Cooling for 12 years and have no plans of going elsewhere. We even replaced our builder grade a/c through them and its an amazing difference in cooling and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Our air conditioner died on a Saturday morning and needed a part that was in a parts supply company warehouse that was closed for the weekend. Ace Commercial Heating and Cooling department found someone to open the warehouse so they could get the part and our air conditioner was working by the end of the day. Great service!
